Ingrid and Marc's as hosts have gone above and beyond with all the amenities you will need for your stay. Bench 170 as a home is also beautifully designed and incredibly livable. I would love to stay at Bench 170 again and would highly recommend it!

To begin with, Ebony was an amazing host right from the beginning! I had mom immediate family and children stay at her place during my wedding and she was very accommodating. My family really enjoyed the place and I definitely recommend her place to anyone who needs a place to stay :) Thank you so much!

Beautiful space and area overlooking the ocean, awesome having our own beach, and use of kayaks etc. Sleeps 6 comfortably but the hidabed in living room for 2 more guests very uncomfortable, needs a foamy on top of the springs! Loved the sunroom and games box, lots of different sitting areas❣️

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids 3 and under and a dog. We had a great stay! The place is as described and more. Very well stocked with all the essentials for kitchen and otherwise. Lots of space. Clean. Heating and cooling. Thoughtfully decorated. Lots of yard space. Beautiful view of the local mountains. Scott gave us a tour of their farm and our little guy fed the ducks - fun! Right next to Little Qualicum Cheeseworks - fresh dairy awaits. Location is good - farm setting but close to town. Overall great value and would stay again!

Jennifer's house was perfect for us! The house is really cozy, beautiful outdoor spaces, quiet neighborhood with a lovely view of the mountains from the back deck. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was replete with good cookware! Jennifer was was very responsive and communicated really well. I'd highly recommend her home to anybody considering a visit to this lovely part of the island

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was really easy to access. This space was cozy and comfortable. Everything was fresh and clean. The host was amazing and super responsive with any questions we had. Walks around the resort were lovely, pools were awesome for kiddos. Would absolutely stay here again. My family of four stayed at Nyna's to attend a wedding over the Labour Day long weekend and enjoy some relaxation time at Rathtrevor Beach. The cabin had an absolutely perfect location for our purposes. It is an easy 20-minute walk to the beach, but we also drove to Rathtrevor whenever the kids insisted on bringing an excessive number of toys to play in the sand. The cabin itself was exactly as described and pictured. We were not entirely sure of our check-in time due to needing to pick up supplies on our way to the cabin, but Nyna still stuck around to welcome us in person upon our arrival and give us a personal tour of the place. She was an extremely responsive and helpful host. We would highly recommend her place to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Thank you, Nyna!

We had a great stay at Bill’s! It’s a basement suite but because it’s a walk out it’s super sunny and bright. We pretty much never heard any noise from upstairs. The internet speed is fantastic if, like us, you work remotely (1gbps up and down at the time of this review). We had our dog with us and Indy had a great time playing in the yarn with Bill’s dog Oli. Bill is such a nice guy and we had really nice chats whenever we’d run into one another. The house and suite are also brand new and in a beautiful part of Nanaimo — we would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome quiet place with great ocean views. Everything about the stay was awesome. We had lots of rainy cool weather so the wood stove was an added bonus. The other bonus was all the items for a dog. Made us feel right at home with our dog. Would stay here again and would give 6 out of 5 stars overall if we could.

We had a lovely stay here over Christmas! The suite has everything you need and the bed was really comfortable! Not a complaint, but be aware you might hear the kids playing as it's not entirely soundproof. It made no difference to us but might be good for others wanting to sleep at odd hours or work from the suite.

We loved Heidi’s place. It is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is fully equipped, including complimentary coffee. Bathroom and bedroom are comfy and clean. Lots of room to get comfy on the living room sectional. Beautiful location by the creek.

Definitely a 10/10. The cottage was immaculate and was equipped with all the amenities needed for our stay. It was cozy, warm, comfortable and quiet. In walking distance to Rathtrevor Beach and the Top Bridge Trail. Also, close to restaurants and stores if needed. We stayed 3 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend - October 2024

Great tiny home with a big welcome! I loved taking my coffee for a walk along the secluded peaceful street. April you do a great job with the place! Everything worked and I loved all the cottage extras, games etc.

This is a very charming rustic cabin located in the forest. Quiet, peaceful and very private. Very unique experience

The place was easy to find. We were greeted warmly by Dave and made to feel at home. The cottage had a lovely bouquet of fresh home-grown flowers on the table. The view out the window is amazing and verdant. We had a great time touring the island and felt quite at home in the cottage. The kitchenette worked great for all our meal preparations. We also enjoyed quite a few soaks in the claw bathtub.

We loved our time at the cottage it was clean secluded and surrounded by forest . Everything is easy to find they have a great little disc golf course at the community centre just up the road . Close to everything. If we ever come back to Quadra Island we would come and stay at Big tree cottage again.

Kenny’s apartment was fantastic. Easy access, extremely clean, well stocked, thoughtful and comfortable decor. One of the nicest Airbnb properties that we have stayed in. Would highly recommend and will cross our fingers and hope that it will be available next time we visit. Thank you for a very welcoming stay! Mark & Rachel

The Tiki Tiny House was a hidden gem on Savary. Quiet and peaceful and a lovely “off-grid” experience. Thorsten was very detailed with instructions on how to use everything that were easy to follow. He was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend the Tiki Tiny House to anyone looking for a getaway on beautiful Savary Island!

Our stay was truly special. The location is perfect—with unobstructed views of the ocean, and the soothing sounds of sea lions and birds in the background. The home is thoughtfully designed, and we had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. The bench with that view felt like a dream, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and the outdoor fireplace was the cherry on top. Bree was warm, welcoming, and very kind. We’d love to return!
