Annalisa est une hôtesse charmante. Elle est très sympathique et nous a donné plein de petits conseils pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Le logement était spacieux et impeccable . Les extérieurs sont agréables. La place de stationnement est un plus . Une station de bus se trouve juste à côté du logement ainsi qu’un grand supermarché . C’est très pratique .

E’ stato un weekend perfetto e rilassante! Casa pulita ed accogliente, il giardino poi totalmente recintato e curato ha permesso al nostro labrador di correre e giocare in assoluta sicurezza. La Sig.ra Graziella poi è stata da subito gentilissima. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare.

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

I rented David’s place for the last day of our stay so we could be near the airport. We were able to arrange pickup from the airport easily for a small fee. The place its self was clean and had everything we needed. I appreciated the welcome book with advise on places to eat or go as your are outside of the city a bit. The bikes were great to have around and riding into the town was a lot of fun. Be careful if you get the blue bike, the seat was had something sharp in it but I made it work and was happy to have the easy transport. Overall would highly recommend

Tutto perfetto, ringrazio Raffaele per la cortesia e disponibilità. La casa è molto bella e spaziosa, abbiamo soggiornato in 6 e gli spazi sono sufficienti e godibili. Raffaele sempre veloce a risponderci e venire incontro alle nostre necessità.

La maison de Simona est un havre de paix. Une beauté, une tranquillité déconcertante. Il y fait bon vivre. Placée dans les hauteurs de VELLETRI , vous aurez une vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes autour. On a aimé ce séjour, on a aimé l’Italie. C’est à refaire. Simona est super sympathique, et répond présent à la moindre demande. Nous lui accordons une note de 10/10.

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

Sono stata con il mio Fidanzato per 5 giorni abbiamo prenotato l’ ultima settimana di settembre , periodo ottimo per girare Ponza in tranquillità senza il caos del turismo , in più abbiamo trovato Alfredo persona squisita sempre disponibile piena di consigli che ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare la vacanza al meglio riuscendo a visitare tutta l’ isola anche grazie allo scooter che ti offre ad un prezzo accessibile … consigliatissimo sia l’ alloggio da Alfredo sia l’ isola di Ponza , se dovessimo tornare sicuramente saprei dove stare , Grazie per la magnifica vacanza.

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Kristina per un weekend tra amici ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La casa è spaziosa, bellissima e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno: non è mancato assolutamente nulla. La vista è semplicemente stupenda, ci ha accompagnati in ogni momento della giornata rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un ringraziamento particolare va anche ai vicini, Luigi e Ivana, persone gentilissime e accoglienti che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Kristina è stata super disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Vi tillbringade en månad i lägenheten. Vi hade det så bra. Lägenheten var jättefin. Det var modern och fräsch. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Utsikten över dalen var fantastisk och poolen var verkligen jättefin. vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Tänk på att följa instruktionen på hur du ska köra för att komma fram till lägenheten. Cathys instruktion är mycket tydlig och följ den för då kommer du rätt. Vi gjorde det och det blev väldigt bra. GPS visar en annan väg nämligen. Cathy och Malcolm är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En supervärd helt enkelt! Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse!

Wir haben mir unserer Familie eine wunderbare Zeit bei Novella in dem sehr schönen ländlich gelegenem Haus mit vielseitigem Garten und kleinem erfrischendem Pool verbracht. Dort hatten wir viel Ruhe zum lesen und ansonsten ging es mit dem Auto zum nahe gelegenen Sandstrand und mit dem Zug nach Rom und Neapel. Das Auto konnten wir am Bahnhof parken. Novella hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips zum Essen und schwimmen gehen vor Ort gegeben und war auch ansonsten immer erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus suchen und dennoch die Kultur und Strand in der Nähe genießen wollen.

The photos don’t give you the full picture! Michele’s place is located in a quiet area of the mountains, surrounded by nature and the sound of crickets, between Itri and Gaeta. The view you wake up to every morning is breathtaking, and the place is really cozy, private, and neat. You have all the right amenities to cook and eat which is a big plus. (Also a coffee machine w/ plenty of pods) Even if you’re in the middle of nature, the beach is about 10 mins away and the city 15mins. (You do need a car if you will be coming here). Michele was really kind and communicative, allowing us to stay longer, check in late and gave us croissants :) Only thing to really consider is that there is no AC. We were here during a heatwave and had to be at the beach all day and were very warm at night, which was ok. Overall, the value for money was great given all the things to do in the area, we highly recommend the place, and we will really be missing that view!

Sara e suo marito Lorenzo sono stati host gentili e premurosi, educati, rispettosi e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. L’appartamento è meglio di come viene mostrato in foto, spazi molto ampi e giardino stupendo dove i nostri figli di 6 e 11 anni hanno potuto giocare e divertirsi. Siamo arrivati in auto da Milano e ci siamo sempre spostati con il nostro mezzo scoprendo Roma e dintorni, visitando i luoghi di interesse e le proposte culinarie tipiche del territorio

Monika's home was lovely, very comfortable and clean. She was an excellent host going out of her way to pick us up upon arrival and keeping in touch with many helpful suggestions. We toured the ancient archiological site of Ostia Antica, which was one of the highlights of our stay in Italy. Truly amazing. We felt very happy and enjoyed our stay in Monika's home!

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti nell'appartamento di Lella, è stato bello scambiare qualche chiacchiera con lei telefonicamente, davvero una brava e disponibile persona. Posizione ottima, vicinissima alle piste da scii e a 2 minuti di macchina dal centro. Casa molto attrezzata. Tutto molto pulito e curato, un plus la presenza del camino che ci ha tenuti ancora più caldi. Consigliatissima per una bella scappatina in montagna. Grazie di tutto Lella, ritorneremo!

Posso solo che consigliare questo alloggio, pulito confortevole a 5 minuti di auto da Sabaudia e vicino a vari servizi. Giuseppe è sempre stato Super disponibile sia come comsigkiiitili che per ogni esigenza, dal parcheggio davanti casa all’uso del giardino privato al barbecue in giardino. Ci ha offerto gratuitamente le biciclette per spostarci nei dintorni. Ottimo punto per visitare i dintorni o come nel nostro caso per seguire le gare di canoa. Grazie di cuore, e a presto.
