The perfect weekend getaway! MIm's Barn was perfectly quaint, cozy, and charming. We loved the tennis court, spa, and the peaceful surroundings. The local guidebook was very helpful and the proximity to Sky Meadows State Park was a plus! Thanks to our hosts for creating such a lovely, welcoming spot.

We had the most relaxing and fun vacation! The home was welcoming, clean and had EVERYTHING we could need and more. We brought our 3 kids and dog. There was something for everyone and thensome. We spent our days exploring the area, hiking, rafting etc. So nice to come home to a relaxing space that still kept the kids occupied! Amazing home. Thank you for your hospitality.

The house was nicely appointed and very comfortable. We had a 5 day stay and there were 7 of us, we basically just used the kitchen and living space upstairs . Plenty of room and comfortable seating. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. It was nice having the grill which was right outside the kitchen area on the upper deck. Also the upper deck had an amazing view of the mountain, so we spent a lot of time out there. Things we did: We enjoyed walking the hilly neighborhood! We drove Skyline drive and went for a hike, also went to Luray Caverns. We made our way to New Market for some Civil War history. All places are within an easy drive. Matt (the owner) quickly responded when I had a question and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely beautiful — very clean, well kept, and exactly as pictured. The views were amazing and made the whole trip feel extra special. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to all of our needs, which made everything so easy and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Our stay was peaceful. Our first time for my wife and I along with our 15 year old daughter in Woodstock. The home is located around 3 other homes on open cow pasture land, but far enough to be very private. The kitchen was just remodeled and looks very nice along with new appliances. Inside was very clean and beds comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Internet was good enough to stream over TV in home. It was quiet at night, road you're on is private and very limited noise from vehicles on it day or night, although I did not see a speed limit sign so vehicles go any speed along that route. We didn't use the hot tub, pool(off season), grill or firepit(burning ban). We did use the ping pong table in garage and watched the TV in the area attached to it, very nice addition! It turned out very windy during our stay and with that it carried the highway traffic noise downwind which was worse at certain times outside, not inside. Other than that out stay was relaxing, visiting the area.

Our family had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this place very beautiful, clean, peaceful area, indoor pool great for our children 14years old and under. Our host was very welcoming and professional. Thanks for having us and we would love to come back again !

Place was lovely and exactly as listed. Spacious , great views, clean and lots of DVDs and board games. Highly recommend staying here!
