Cathy was a wonderful host and communicated well. The countryside was beautiful, we throughly enjoyed the use of the hot tubs and outdoor areas. I would recommend this place for large groups.

Sally’s place felt like going through a portal into a magical garden. The house was so cozy with beautiful vintage decor and an amazing fireplace. The highlight of the trip was eating breakfast outside by the river and watch the ducks. And can’t forget about the lovely host Sally is! Always responsive and helpful with lots of good food and nature walks recommendations.

The place was absolutely beautiful and cozy feels like we’re just at home chilling. Every part of the room is spacious. Spotless clean. Backyard was big where we set up the party. Host was kind and responsive. We enjoyed our time spent in his place. Will definitely come back

Sarah’s place was a great place to stay. We visited as a group of friends and the grounds were a real highlight - including the lake and hot tub! The mezzanine bedroom is fully private. Would recommend!

Great location and property. Perfect stay

The best accommodation we’ve stayed because the house is beautiful and the space is sooooo nice. Good car parking, can up to about 4 cars or 5 if can squeeze in. Some things in the house do need to refurbish though. The garden definitely needs to be looked after. What can I say about the host? Really really great responsive. During our stay, we’ve had a minor issue and it was none of our fault or his, also he was away during that time he still managed to try his best to find the solution. The problem was not solved but, he tried his best to help and to make sure we all are satisfied during our stay. We’re really appreciated that. I definitely recommend anyone to use this stay, with a big of group. This is the place.

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

We had a really good stay at Suzanne’s house. We were a party of 3 adults, 1 year old and a Labrador. Plenty of room with a lovely open plan space downstairs with very comfy seating in front of a great TV. The house was as described and in a lovely location just next to the river and across the road from Kew Green. The house is Suzanne’s home which was a bit strange as it does feel a bit intrusive, but it is clearly advertised as such and didn’t cause us any problems. Also lovely that it is dog friendly with loads of great dog walks near by. Thank you.

Great family weekend away and couldn't have wished for better weather in April. Cottage and location idyllic. Olivia and her family are great hosts and very responsive to messages. Cottage was spotless. Lovely courtyard where we enjoyed meals and a bbq. Lovely pub with excellent food just a short stroll away and lovely walks from the Cottage.

Carina was a good host and always available without being intrusive. The property is well priced and cosy with all the amenities required for an extended stay with lots to do on the doorstep in the beautiful area as well easily accessible links to the motorways to travel further afield. We visited the place and used it as a base as a family of 5 and spent a lot of the time out of the property as we were visiting family in the area. The amenities were great and we were able to wash the kids clothes that were getting dirty from all the outdoor activities available on the doorstep, we did a fair bit of walking in the surrounding country trails and went to legoland which is close by, the local pub was within walking distance and served fantastic food at a great price. I have nothing negative to say about the accommodation and host and would welcome another visit here, if I was to add a constructive appraisal would perhaps look to update the soft furnishings for a enhanced experience.

We had a lovely stay at Fred's. The house was tucked away in a quiet yet central location, and had everything we needed. The converted stables were beautifully done, and it has calming decor so that we felt relaxed after a day of being out and about. There were fantastic friends nearby for the dog too!

Jennifer was great to work with and her cosy cottage is in an incredible location just few steps away from beautiful Wimbledon Village. Access to public transport was very easy. While it was somewhat tight quarters with three adults and a child, the space is very functional more than met our needs. We would not hesitate staying again in the future.

A wonderful barn conversion with everything we needed for our stay. Clean and comfortable and highly recommended. Great for the dog too!

We loved our stay at Andy’s place with our parents and our 2 young children. It is in a beautiful and peaceful village. The cottage is really quirky, clean and cosy - had everything we needed for our stay, Andy has thought of lots of extra details which make it a really enjoyable stay. Everything is easy to find and use with Andy’s helpful notes and labels. We really loved the toys and games for the kids so this kept them entertained! we were lucky with the weather our stay we used the lovely little garden a lot which is private and a nice wee suntrap, also has the added bonus of the sauna which was brilliant. Andy was really friendly and helpful upon check in and out and quick communication if we needed anything. Would really recommend a stay here and we will definitely return if back in the area. Thanks so much!

We had a lovely stay at Dee’s cottage – it was everything we hoped for and more. The place was peaceful, spotless, and beautifully kept, making it the perfect countryside escape. Dee was a kind and attentive host who made us feel very welcome, and her local recommendations were super helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return!

We enjoyed staying at honeypot cottage. The large garden is a sun trap and plenty of logs for the log burner. Simon and Caroline were good on the comms too. Thank you

My wife and I enjoyed a short break in Barn Cottage. We wanted to see Cambridge and found this place ideal to use as a relaxing base. Located on a quiet no through road and within walking distance to Milton Park and Ride, 10 - 15 minutes walk away, lots of pubs serving food, Fish & Chip shop and other shops all near by. Also within walking distance is a Tesco Super Store and a lovely Country Park only minutes from Barn Cottage. Barn Cottage it's self was perfect and didn't disappoint. Everything was to a very high standard and I would recommend Barn Cottage to anybody visiting the Cambridge area. Caroline was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

A peaceful and beautiful cottage in a picturesque English village. The cottage has everything you need for a home away from home; comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, TV and stunning outside courtyard area. Country walks on your doorstep and a short drive to the wonderful market town of Olney. I look forward to staying again.

Loved staying here. It was a beautiful place and perfect for our family of four. Even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen there.

I had a spectacular stay at Logie. Exactly as described - full of character, the true historic cottage experience with some fun and unique quirks inside the very large home. Outside, it’s absolute heaven. All the space and privacy you could want, lush grounds, beautiful wildflowers and daffodils, pure peace and quiet. A fantastic walking path right on the other side of the fence and countless other paths all around. Kitty’s instructions for finding it were perfect and check-in couldn’t have been easier. Looking forward to visiting again.
