Great place to stay in Wilkes-Barre. Dante and Joy who live downstairs are very welcoming and helpful during my stay.

The place was terrific. Our family really enjoyed it. My husband and kids loved the media room. Samuel was a great host. First time for us in Jim Thorpe. Yes, we will be back!!

Spent the weekend here and it was beautiful and amazing !!! it was just what me and my partner needed !!! great host... got to meet them and they were wonderful people ....set the fire alarm off but it happens often thank God lol I would recommend booking this place

I'll be honest, I don't really write reviews. This house is my exception. This property exceeded every expectation my family and I had for our vacation. The property was accurately described with every amenity imaginable! Additionally, the extra touches on the property made our stay comfortable and really memorable. We had never been to the Poconos before, and this property elevated our experiences. We plan to return and hopefully stay in this home again. Finally, Penpa's communication was second to none. Every step of the trip the host provided detailed instructions, quick support with any questions, and reasonable flexibility with requests that made their property the best experience my wife or I have ever had with Airbnb in the 13 years we've used the service. Thank you to both of you for a wonderful experience. Your home is something special, and the way you run your property is exceptional. We really appreciated it.

We visited The Barndominium Easter weekend, 2025 and had the absolute best time! Our party was comprised of 3 families, 10 people in total, with each family having a daughter (aged 16,14 & 13) who recently had a birthday, so we made The Barndominium our destination for their annual birthday getaway. The Barndominium left nothing to be desired. It’s beautifully appointed, thoughtfully and intentionally designed with family fun in mind! The home is perfectly equipped to accommodate large families. Our weekend was filled with hours around the fire pit making s’mores, relaxing in the theater room and the hot tub, cooking large meals, playing games and softball! We look forward to visiting The Barndominium again!

Loved our stay, all amenities worked and we had an amazing time on the bike exploring the area. Amazing host, answered any and all questions.

This place was great! Everything was better than pictured! There was plenty of space with lots to do in the house. Loved the lower level with the movie room and gaming area, as well as the upstairs bathroom! Great shower and separate jacuzzi tub. There were lots of nice touches throughout, such as smores stuff in the fridge, movie candy and popcorn, coffee, water in the fridge, and even dog treats for our pup! I would definitely recommend this place to others, as well as stay here again!

I had an excellent time with my group of 14 over the weekend! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The highlight was definitely the hot tub although be careful if you are using it when temperatures are below freezing (the stone will freeze and gets slippery). Otherwise, Gururaj did a good job salting the stairs, driveway, and road. Very cozy cabin stay and the local restaurants were very cute and delicious!

Amazing spot! This is truly a unique place with lots of things to do. Once in a lifetime.
