The caretaker was not responsive during our stay but the other caretakers assigned to the same main AirBnB were helpful. Most especially, the host herself was very responsive.

We booked the Beach Villa to celebrate our Golden Retriever’s 2nd birthday, and it was the best decision! The place is huge—perfect for big dogs to roam off-leash. It's peaceful, clean, beachfront, and very well-maintained and you won’t even see dust or cockroaches. Their resident dog, Cookie (a sweet, playful and friendly golden/lab), played with ours, which made our stay even better. Since we’re work from home graveyard shift, we woke up at 10:30 am, and the host, Ms. Angelica, kindly let us stay until 3pm (checkout is 11am), giving us time to enjoy the villa. Big thanks to Ate Maymay for touring us, Kuya Rjay who picked up our food, and the friendly guards who made us feel safe. Just keep in mind that it's a solar-powered place so be mindful of electricity, but the fresh air and breeze made it relaxing even without aircon. I have so much positive to say but Airbnb only allows 1000 characters lol but yeah overall, it’s perfect and we’ll definitely come back! 🌊🐾🤍

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

Great place to stay! I highly recommend the place for big groups, corporate events and family get together. Resort staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rates are reasonable and worth the price. Will definitely visit again for other special occasions.

We had the most amazing time at this place! The place was immaculate.. very clean, airy, efficient, complete with essentials we needed. I and my friends kept saying how we would love to have such a beautifully designed place for ourselves. :) The kids enjoyed the loft area, too! They spent most of their time there just chatting and playing chess —- perfect to keep them offline! The view was calming and peaceful.. you could just sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine to yourself. Staff was very responsive and helpful too! We’re glad to have spent quality time with our kids.. and even sang our hearts out with the videoke they provided. :) Thank you so much for a memorable stay! We’ll be back! :)

Great house for multi family gathering. Clean quality linens, nice beds, fun game room. Pools were nice and clean. Kitchen was great for a big group. The view was fantastic! Don't forget knives if you go, there were plenty of forks and spoons but no knives. Also if you are planning on doing lots of cooking maybe bring your own pans and cutting boards as the IKEA ones were well used but still workable. Host was very responsive and the caretaker was there if we had questions or couldn't find anything. There was a fair bit of trash around the house, which was only noticable because of how nice the house was.

Very relaxing place, feels like home! Complete lahat ng gamit, everything we need is there. We experience brownout, may generator sila. Only thing na need ng improvement is yung sa beach, need lang ng lights lalo pag gabi super dilim. All in all, maganda! We had a great experience and we'll definitely go back! Thank you so much ❤️

The 4-BR place was amazing! Very spacious and stylish! Utilities are well maintained, Rhone Jay was also very accommodating and helpful. We were 15 pax and we felt that the place was even too big for us. The bedrooms are really nice and the beds are of very good quality. We spent the NYE here and it was the best choice! The place was very private and all to ourselves. We will definitely come back here and is a much recommended place for those who wants exclusivity, nature vibes and a fuss-free accommodation.

The place is big and spacious, especially the parking. There's an area that you could shoot some hoops and a fire place that you can cook some smores. The open space with canopy where you can do most of your activities is spacious and have a good design. I like the native design of the seats with its water resistant foam. They also have a 3-piece wooden plank that can act as table and stable enough to sit. The pavilion is the star of the place. It's big, cozy, and just pretty. My only comment though is it gets quite hot in the area when the sun is high. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the design of the toilet and bath of largest room. Everything blends well even the lavatory, which seems to disappear together with the finishing of the wall. The pool is nice and clean. The place is beautiful, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Every corner is a spot for good photos. All the equipment is complete and clean. The kids and adults enjoyed the swimming pool and the effect is beautiful at night. It was worth what we paid. The caretakers are also very kind. You can recommend the place to others because it is so beautiful.

This place was absolutely five stars all the way. It felt like I was staying in a private hotel—right in front of the beach. From the moment we arrived, the caretakers were warm, helpful, and so easy to talk to. One thing that really stood out was having our own lifeguard on duty. It made us feel extra safe, especially since the beach was just steps away. The house itself was cozy yet luxurious—like a true home away from home. The Emma Sleep mattress was such a treat, and the hotel-quality beddings made it hard to leave the bed. They also provided basic toiletries, just like you’d expect in a hotel, plus a super helpful pamphlet that covered everything we needed to know during our stay. And honestly, the photos didn’t do the place justice. It was even more beautiful and peaceful in person. The area was quiet and serene—perfect for relaxing and recharging. We left feeling well-rested and already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

I stumbled upon this airbnb 2 days before our check-in and it did not dissapoint! The place looked exactly how the pictures were. It's my most favorite one so far among all the places I've been to in the past. The kitchen/living room was clean & pretty. All the rooms were already cold when we arrived. We all enjoyed our stay & is definitely thinking about coming back again with more people. My favorite parts overall are the kitchen/living area, cooler outside with bottle opener (hehe), automated gates, and spacious rooms! We can't wait to come back! Thank you for being kind & accommodating to us. 🩷

This is my second time staying at The Lake Farm. I brought extended family with me and they loved the place as well. I missed the ducks though. There used to be so many of them and we were looking forward to feeding them. The remaining ones weren’t eager to approach us. Hehe.

Really homey, quiet and nice neighborhood. Just a little bit far from the main gate if you’re commuting. Shouldn’t be a problem if you have your own car. Clean and spotless, you have everything you need. Lovely caretakers as well.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ani Villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — they thoughtfully provided pool towels, bath towels, and slippers, which made our stay even more convenient. Upon arrival, everything was beautifully prepared and polished, and they even went the extra mile by leaving complimentary donuts for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff was very accommodating and assisted us throughout, making our stay even more enjoyable. If I may suggest, it would be even better to add a CR (bathroom) in the shared bedroom area. Currently, there is one CR in the common living area and another in the master’s bedroom. A third CR would make the setup even more convenient, especially for larger groups. The air-conditioning units were a bit warm at times, but overall, it did not significantly affect our experience. I would gladly rate our stay an 8/10, and would definitely recommend Ani Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway

We loved our stay at Aoamis at Liwa. Sofia, a co-host of the listing, was very helpful, consistent & quick to respond to all of our questions. The same could be said about Mitch, the caretaker of the villa, who was easy to reach & made themselves readily available when we needed assistance. The villa itself is beautiful and spacious. The loft had homey features perfect for a family trip: bunk beds for the kids, access to a complete kitchen & grill, and a pool for cooling down. While the villa itself is amazing, as the area is still under-developed, there are several construction projects located near the loft. This wasn’t a problem at all for our stay, as the villa felt isolated & secure. The water heater for the bathroom showers were, however, inconsistent during our stay. I hope the heating could be more consistent. I definitely recommend bringing your friends and/or family for a stay at Aoamis if you’re looking for an isolated, secure & relaxing getaway at Liwa-Liwa!

The place is really nice, tranquil and spacious. Maaliwalas, as the open space design bungalow allows air to freely flow. Everyone was impressed. Even the fixtures were high end and well thought of. The pool was big. The surrounding trees really make the entire place shine. Also the beds kinda look small in the pictures, but we were surprised how big they are! The host was very accommodating too! You simply cannot ask for more.

the place is nice despite it is located in a usual neighborhood outside a fancy village. but the pool, tents, and the beds are nice and clean. the kids enjoyed their stay and we had an amazing time. we could not clean it very well but we did the best we could when we exited the venue.

This was one of the most beautiful resorts with swimming pool I have stayed in. Many hours of laughing and enjoyment was shared with my family during our short stay here. Special shout out to Ate Jhane and Kuya Joel for their tireless assistance from the moment we arrived to our departure. They are always there and quick to respond to our calls with a pleasant smile. They really made our stay extra special with their tip-top and attentive service. The location is super private so there is a cut off time (no karaoke after 10pm) to not disturb the surroundings. No limit on swimming. Facility feels very secure and the amenities and furnishings were very well maintained. Air-cons are super cold too! There are many nearby shopping places like Puregold for quick grocery runs as well and the compound can accommodate multiple big vehicles parking concurrently. We sincerely enjoyed our stay there and we were sad to go. Highly recommended for big families!
