Fazenda Raiter deserves a separate story, because this place is incredible. Staying here is sure to be magical at any time of the year. Fazenda Raiter has a fabulous location and scenery. This place has a real Italian spirit. In particular, in the spring, during my stay, I noticed a striking resemblance to a Toscana villa. In Fazenda Reiter you really relax and in general, you live. The air here is so spicy, sweet and delicious that you can go out in the yard with coffee in the morning without dessert. Special thanks to the owners of the Fazenda Raiter: Mrs. Oresta and Mr. Myroslav. These are the nicest and friendliest people I have ever visited. I also can't help but notice the unsurpassed delicious food that Mrs. Oresta can sometimes treat. The interiors of the rooms are absolutely true. Moreover, in reality the rooms are a little nicer and more cozy than in the photo. Inside, everything is done with great love and taste. It is clear that each subject has its own history and that they are treated with care and respect. I will say that there is everything for a quiet and comfortable stay. Here you can either work or just enjoy the precious silence while reading a book. I will definitely come back here again!

Гостювали в будиночках Лілії компанією з 11 людей. Всім відпочинок дуже сподобався. Хочу відмітити, що будиночки знаходяться в чудовій локації, дорога до них в дуже хорошому стані. Дякую пану Павлу за приємну комунікацію та допомогу з усім необхідним. Також класно, що поблизу є ліс і була можливість сходити по гриби. Стосовно покращень, то було б класно, якби можна було якось відмежувати територію з чаном, щоб не було видно людей з інших готелів, які відпочивають в ньому і не пересікатись з ними на території будинків. Загалом враження дуже позитивні. Рекомендую до відвідування. Обов'язково з друзями приїдемо знову.

Ми з друзями чудово провели час у будинку Надії! Садиба велика, виконана з великою увагою до деталей, любов’ю до природи і до людей, які житимуть у будинку. Дуже доглянута територія з неймовірною кількістю квітучих рослин, ставочок, баня із басейном із гірської річки, камін у вітальні та на терасі, безліч затишних куточків для усамітнення - все це сприяє справжньому відпочинку! Поруч надзвичайно гарна природа, мальовнича гора Пікуй, в сусідньому смт є колиба із дуже смачною кухнею (10 хв на машині) Єдиний мінус - погана дорога, щоб виїхати на трасу потрібно півгодини їхати по ямам. Це ніяк не відноситься до самого будинку, але комусь це може бути важливим. Обов’язково приїдемо ще в Кукавицю! 💛

After a small issue with our car on arrival, host couldn’t have been more helpful, and was available anytime if needed. The catering service provided for our New Year dinner was of very high quality and we were extremely happy with it.
