We stayed here for our visit to do the Berlin Half Marathon. Great location with easy tram route access. Clean and tidy. Nice and spacious kitchen area. More than big enough for 6 of us. Nice bathrooms. Great communication from Oliver. Easy check in, Oliver was waiting for us on arrival.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Auch von innen gut bestückt, für die Kinder war viel Spielzeug da. Es war sauber und der Check-in / Check Out einfach. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Unternehmungen haben wir mit dem Auto gemacht, da alles schon ein Stückchen weg ist. Berlin erreicht man mit dem Zug in etwas über 1 Stunde.

Die Unterkunft von Matthias ist klasse - viel Platz, sehr sauber, viel Ausstattung z.B. in der Küche, WLAN, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke (Rewe, Edeka & Penny) und sehr einfache Kommunikation. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt (allerdings weiß man das vorher, wenn man sich die Karte ansieht) ist, dass die Unterkunft ziemlich weit (ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß) von der Innenstadt / dem Hafenbereich entfernt ist, Busse gibt es nur sehr unregelmäßig. Dafür ist das Wasser trotzdem schnell zu erreichen (ca. 5 Minuten) und dort ist auch ein Schwimmbad. Insgesamt also sehr zu empfehlen.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Anna war super zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Umgebung ist schön und sehr ruhig. Kann jedem das Tiny Haus empfehlen, der etwas Ruhe und Abstand vom Stress der Stadt braucht.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die der Beschreibung entspricht. Zu dem Gelände zählen vier Ferienhäuser, die um den Pool herum angeordnet sind. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir für einen Großteil der Zeit die einzigen Gäste vor Ort und hatten damit den Komplex für uns alleine, was allerdings außergewöhnlich sein dürfte. Bis auf ein Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss in einem separierten Zimmer sind die Betten im OG (1x Doppel, 2x Einzel) sowie bei Bedarf die Schlafcouch im mehr oder wenigen offenen Raum angeordnet. Eine gemeinsame Nachtruhe aller Besucher ist daher empfehlenswert, da andernfalls bspw. späte Küchentisch-Gespräche alle unterhalten. Der Pool, die Sauna, das Beach-Volleyball-Feld und eine große Rasenfläche bieten Beschäftigung für Groß und Klein. Der Gastgeber Andrzej reagiert freundlich und fix auf Nachrichten. Er wohnt in der selben Ortschaft und steht bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Hierfür sollte man allerdings Polnisch oder Englisch sprechen können.

Schon zum zweiten Mal hatten wir die Unterkunft gebucht und es war wieder alles wunderbar! Die Lage zur S-Bahn mit der man schnell in der Innenstadt oder am Flughafen ist und die ruhige Umgebung sind top. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder!

We rented Gunnar's place to spend a weekend in nature. Gunnar's home is very cozy and private and the closes path through the forest is just 5 minutes away. The decoration and the furnishing is quite lovely. I can only recommend :)

Alles war exakt wie beschrieben. Eine tolle Wohnung für 1 Person oder ein Paar. Leicht reinzukommen, ruhig, schöne Einrichtung, tolles, bequemes Bett mit Lattenrost, bequeme Sitzecke, Tisch und 2 Stühle, die bequem genug sind , um am Tisch auch zu arbeiten, schönes Bad, viel Platz für Kleidung. 1. Stock HH Für alle, die die Beschreibung nicht genau lesen (und es ist klar ausgeschrieben): Das Bad ist ein Kubus im Raum, der nach offen ist und keine abschließbare Türe hat (dafür einen Paravent). Dies ist eher etwas für Singles oder Couples, die sich daran nicht stören. Aber alles sehr hochwertig. In der Küche gibt eine Filter Kaffee Maschine, Mikrowelle, Waschbecken, Kühlschrank. Kein Herd oder Ofen. Lage ist top in Schöneberg, 5 Minuten zum Nolli War absolut happy

Super zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, sehr geräumig und hell, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Michael's place was perfect for our trip and had everything we needed. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Michael was a perfect host and was very communicative with me prior and during our trip. We would recommend anyone coming to Berlin to consider Michael's AirBnB.

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. It is very well located, well connected to the important touristic sights in the city and there is a very good supermarket around the corner. The communication with the host was great and she was very flexible with the check-in time.

Great location and had everything I needed. Right next to public transport, only 10 mins from the centre. A grocery store and food places within walking distance, Ivos very kindly offered me a late checkout as my flight was leaving later in the evening.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für meinen Geschäftsurlaub in Berlin. Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen, wunderschön eingerichtet, ein sehr gemütliches Bett und war blitzsauber. Angenehm warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Die Kommunikation von Berlina war proaktiv und herzlich. Alles rund um den Aufenthalt, Check-in & -out war sehr gut organisiert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Ich habe hauptsächlich Verwandte besucht und und ein par Ausflüge gemacht.eine schöne gegend.ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Die Lage war super-perfekt ruhig und in der Gegend, in der wir sein wollten. Die Wohnung war super ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Wir wurden bestens betreut und der Kontakt mit Marcel war super!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement. Le beau quartier et le calme bien appréciable après les journées à déambuler dans la ville. Amélie s'est montrée très réceptive. Appartement très propre. Le canapé qui peut faire office de lit est confortable.

wir waren fùr ein Wochenende bei Petra in der schönen,sauberen Wohnung. Es hat alles gepasst. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit Petra. Ich empfehle die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter

A home away from home! Clean, quiet, in a safe neighborhood. Had everything I needed. I was sad to leave. Excellent location! In between Südkreuz train station on the S2 train line and Julius-Leber-Brücke station on the S1 line, which are only about 8 minutes from the apartment. There is a grocery store near the Julius-Leber-Brücke station as well.

From the moment we arrived, Katharina made us feel truly at home. She is not only a wonderfully warm and welcoming host, but also incredibly organized, offering clear instructions and good recommendations. The thoughtful touches, like chocolates, snacks, and refreshing drinks waiting for us in the fridge,made all the difference. Even more special was her personal welcome. We were 4 people staying for two nights, and the flat was absolutely perfect for us: cozy, bright, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the living room had just the right space for us to relax together. The area is full of bars, restaurants, and with a safe and friendly atmosphere. Without a doubt, I ll be staying here again on my next trip to Berlin. GRACIAS ✨

Really nice apartment with plenty of space and all necessary needs. Sebastian is a really nice host who has many recommendations for sights and things to do in Berlin and in the area close by. I can definitely recommend booking a stay in his apartment.

Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt. Dom wygodny i czysty. Blisko do plaży, sklepu i w sumie wszystkiego. Spokojna okolica. A pani Anna bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna zawsze.
