Three nice sized bedrooms. One full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs in basement. Main floor has a dining room seating 8, kitchen & living room.

We're located within walking distance of Charlie Vettiner Golf Course and Park so if you have an early tee time, a long game, or come into town for a Pickle Ball tournament, you're welcome to stay with family in our suite.

This gorgeous silver bullet is our Stella Airstream, lovingly named after Wally Byam's wife Stella! She is a 1983 Airstream Classic. She's loaded with all the modern amenities! Stella can sleep 6 comfortably with 2 king beds and 2 bunk beds. There's a private toilet/shower with 2 add'l nearby. You'll have a kitchen & covered patio with grill & firepit. There are 11 total units on site. 2 houses, 8 airstreams & a bunk house. *DERBY IS A 3 NIGHT MIN OF THURS-SUN. NO CHECKINS ON FRI OR SAT.

The City Cottage is for you! (Three night minimum during Derby time.)

Private section of home. There are no shared spaces, so you have privacy, but I do live on the other side of the house which is divided by a locked door. You have your own entrance through the front door, and off street parking. My entrance is the back of the house through the gate, which is off limits. Please be aware that 2 cats live on my side of the house, for those of you with allergies, but they won't have access to your space when you’re there.

This suite is a beautiful private retreat complete with a projector for watching your favorite streaming service for the ultimate movie night. Centrally located and within 10-20 minutes of numerous local hospitals, universities, as well as various restaurants and downtown destinations, our guest suite offers a peaceful retreat in a convenient and safe location. We also provide a fold out desk that guests can use for a remote work space if desired.

Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker, convection oven, inferred glass top burner, microwave, refrigerator/freezer w/ice, washer/dryer& a large marble shower, with heated floors in the shower room. Also space equipped w/ Medify air purifier w/H13 true Hepa medical grade filter.
