Førstesalen udlejes og udlejer bor i stueetagen. Vi deler entré, og ellers er det helt separat. Udlejningen inkluderer et stort værelse med to senge og lille kammer med en seng. Mulighed for luftmadras til ekstra soveplads. Eget badeværelse og repos med køleskab og elkoger, neskaffe og tebreve (ikke køkken). Stedet er centralt i Lyngby med udsigt over Bondebyen, 500 meter til Lyngby storcenter, 600 meter til DTU. Via Bondebyen kommer man hurtigt til Frilandsmuseet og Brede. Rygning ikke tilladt.

Charming, newly renovated townhouse with great location - right by public transportation, close to shopping street, the beach and forrest. Perfect stay for families or if you wish to stay right outside Copenhagen which can be reached by train in 15 minuttes. The house has a cozy backyard and garden with a playhouse. Inside the main floor has a combined kitchen/dinning room, and a living room with TV and fireplace. First floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. Plus an attic with extra bed.

Cozy privat located room in basement. With separate entrence. Near by nice modern bathroom. When you need to come around. It will be easy With the Virum S-train station 7 minutes walk away. And busses going all the time from Kongevejen just beside of the location. We Will be as helpfull as we possibly can so you can have a present stay. To find the entrance you have to look for the description of direction And then it is half price VS a cheep Danish hotel. ;-)

Here you stay in green, tranquil surroundings yet just 20 minutes by S-train from Copenhagen Central Station. The home accommodates up to 4–5 guests and is ideal for nature lovers, families and commuters who want a leafy setting close to the city.

Det er en stuelejlighed med en stor terasse og plads til 6 sovende gæster.
