The apartment was lovely, lots of space and lovely and clean. Very close to nightclubs but can hardly hear the noise. Walking distance to everything. We have had an amazing weekend in the apartment.

Excellent central Lord Street location. Handy for restaurants, bars , Sainsbury's supermarket, The Promenade and Marine Lake. On street parking, free from 6pm to 8am. Southport is notoriously difficult for parking so be aware of vigilant traffic wardens. Easy to access building and flat is on 2nd floor (no lift). Very clean with comfortable bed and good quality linens. I did not request any cleaning service so cannot comment. Kitchen well equipped. I took teacloths, kitchen towels. For some reason I thought the description said salt and pepper and oil were supplied but it was easy enough to buy those items within a few yards. Brilliant power shower. Things like iron, mini ironing board, hairdryer, dishwasher and washer dryer make this ideal for longer stays. The only suggestion I would make is to defrost the freezer compartment in the fridge as it was practically unusable. I hope to use this apartment every time I come back to Southport to visit family.

Been coming to blackpool for years and this place ticked all the boxes for me and my daughter, she had double room and I slept on sofa bed which I don’t mind at all , Dareks place is easy to find , easy to enter and is clean and tidy, the place have everything I needed and Macie was happy to find a hair dryer and some mini toiletries which was a nice touch. Macie seemed to love the place so that is dad happy, Darek the owner was more than attentive and stayed a speedy message away. Thanks darek

Gwen was the perfect host, with great communication right from the beginning. Her apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The apartment had all modern appliances, and beautifully decorated throughout. Great location with bus stops outside if you want to leave the car behind. Will definitely be booking again. Dave & Meg

Well designed and great central location for my short stay in lytham. The outdoor space is a lovely touch and the Fig and Olive is right next door which was so convenient for breakfast.

The flat was beautiful and lovely and warm. What stood out about it was how clean it was. I am also an Airbnb host and my cleaner isn't as good as this one. It was absolutely spotless! Incredible. This is what makes this place . Even the bedding had been ironed. This gave it a complete luxury. Cleaning staff can make or break a place, so I was totally impressed at the effort put into it. Well done! It would make me want to come back again.

We had such a lovely stay. For us, it was preferable to a hotel with having a young child. Peter and Katie provided easy to follow check in instructions and had no hesitation to rectify any issues that came up

Perfect place to relax on our quick Liverpool trip. Great for the dog with the prom and the Mersey beach so close by. Really comfy and quiet. Just what we needed.

We were visiting family nearby and this was an ideal place to stay. It's a great location, looking out towards the dunes, 2 minute walk to the beach. Lynne was so lovely and helpful, would stay here again!

My stay here was great. Lovely location. Great amenities with good off road parking. Very comfortable furniture and beds! Great size for the 7 of us, could easily fit in a lot more guests if needed. Clean bathroom and kitchen and check in was so easy. I messaged April with a query before my stay and they responded pretty much immediately. Would highly recommend this place to anybody.

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

What a fantastic find this was! It was so peaceful, had everything we needed and was very clean. We were super happy with our stay. The wood-fired hot tub was brilliant and the location was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

Lovely stay, in a nice private area but not too far from the local village with cute little pubs. Would definitely stay again, only fault was that all the plants attracted little flys everywhere and the skylights are beautiful but would definitely take an eye mask to avoid being woken up early.
