Μέσα σ' ένα ευλογημένο τόπο δημιουργήσαμε με πολύ μεράκι ένα ανεξάρτητο σπιτάκι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Οι πρόγονοι της οικογένειας το 1905 κατασκεύασαν αυτό το κτίριο με τη νεοκλασική τάση της εποχής, γιά τη χρήση ενός μικρού εμπορικού καταστήματος. Σήμερα σκεφτήκαμε να το ανακαινίσουμε και να προσφέρουμε άνεση και ηρεμία στον επισκέπτη, μέσα σε ένα καταπράσινο αγρόκτημα γεμάτο ορτανσίες, οπωροφόρα δένδρα και με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου πελάγους. Το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Όρμου Παναγίας απέχει μόλις 300 μέτρα και το παραδοσιακό χωριό Άγιος Νικόλαος 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και μια σαλοκουζινα με ένα καναπέ-κρεβατι.
