Great place to stay: modern, comfortable and close to the beach. Super clean and had everything we needed. Carlos is a wonderful host answering all my questions within minutes. It’s conveniently located to places to eat and stores. Checkin/checkouts are super easy.

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

We enjoyed the beautiful view, with the outside deck being where we spent almost all of our time. The place was spotless and well appointed. In addition to the amenities located right in front of the condo, we also enjoyed walking to dinner at the restaurants at the resort next door. It was so easy and perfect for our vacation. Geoff was super responsive with any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

The Happy Yellow Beach House had every amenity a vacationer could want, from 2 fully stocked kitchens to all the beach gear and our favorites, a beautiful saltwater pool and bubbling hot tub. It was the perfect paradise for our family of 6. Our kids were content to just hang out at the house the whole stay. The beach behind the house was a great natural setting to explore (one should note it is covered in sea grass) and when we wanted to swim and play in the waves we just walked down the beach a way to clearer spot. Overall, a great place for us to relax together!

It was a very pleasant and peaceful location. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. Waldo was always very responsive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was excellent.tThe beach was amazing, great for riding the waves and walking. The parking and access was so close to her place.The pool was spectacular and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The home had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for our family of four. The host was excellent—responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Tom’s place! The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants near by and it’s a great home base if you want to visit a wide range of places like San Juan and Fajardo. The home is up the mountain away from the main road which made it peaceful as well as beautiful. You can tell Tom takes pride in his villa and gave the extra care to make it feel homey and inviting. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and Tom was very responsive with any questions we had. This property is definitely a unique gem!

Maria's place was great! Maria was very responsive and kind. The beach, kitchen, and infant amenities were extremely helpful when traveling with a family. It was on a dead-end street of a neighborhood within a 5 minute drive to the beach and about 15 min to the rain forest. There is a grocery store, bakery and gym nearby. Thus, location and host are highly recommended.

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

Great residence, lovely area, bedrooms, A/C was perfect when we needed it. Awesome backyard, patio (we grilled every night), cool outdoor shower, just a very cozy beach home. John and Karen sent us a heads up about renting a car and so glad we did--strong recommend on that. It was helpful to have a car in order to visit several different beach areas. And if we wanted, we could walk down to several nearby restaurants and bars. Perfect location.

Amazing location that will get you to bio bay tours as well as other activities like horseback riding and black sand beach by walking. I also found the bed comfortable and the apartment layout very functional.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Our family of seven, including three children and two grandparents had a great weeklong stay here. The first floor location, right next to the pool and playground were perfect for our group. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and had everything needed for a beach vacation - beach chairs, bag chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, etc. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the complex and a couple of nearby beaches with calm water for the kids and older adults. The market right outside the condo at the main road had many of the essentials we needed and we were able to pick up everything else at the walmart about 20 minutes away. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at the rainforest, beach and old san juan. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

We were so happy with this location Traveling with mixed ages can be a challenge but we were all happy in this spot That said, the windows and doors were sometimes difficult to operate I know location next to the ocean makes it hard to keep things rust free I would stay here again Luquillo and surrounding area beautiful beaches Sad to leave

Suzanne's place was amazing. Such a great place for a family. It is really loud because of the Malecon & cars cruising with loud music. But that is the culture & I loved it. The roosters were rough. But the place was perfect. We cooked for 9 people. 2 stayed at the studio & 1 down the block plus the six of us. The beach was right across the street. When we didn't feel like adventuring, we walked across the street & chilled out under a tree & swam. If loud noise bothers you maybe not the best place but we loved it & would definitely stay there again. If you have young children that don't sleep well, also maybe not the best. But everything was comfortable, super clean & such fun. My kids are in their 20's & it was perfect!

Alberto was extremely helpful. He checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. He gave great suggestions of things to do and places to go. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautiful surroundings.

Monica was a fabulous host! She was super responsive and helpful. The house was clean, large space and plentiful bedrooms for a big group. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had our coffee out there every morning enjoying the view and the sounds of the birds. This place is a true hidden paradise.

During our week long stay Carlos was very attentive and answered all our questions quickly. The home was exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was very nice, but be advised it is closed on certain days so check with Carlos for the schedule if that’s important to you. The small waterfront area with shops and restaurants is just down the street, a walkable distance. There is another small local town close by car and a bigger town about 10 mins away with all the shopping and food spots you could possibly need. It was nice to be away from the highly tourist area but still accessible to many activities. It’s about 1 hour to San Juan and airport. Would stay again.

Grisselle was a wonderful host. Always responsive to all my messages. The island had a power outage and Grisselle kept us informed 24-7

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment at the Pena Mar complex. The apartment was spacious with lots of communal spaces on the main floor (indoor and outdoor dining tables & couches) and top floor (TV area, outdoor lounging & dining). The rooms were also spacious with room around each bed, including plenty of space to put or toddler's inflatable bed. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with ceramic & plastic plates (great for the littles), a rice cooker, and lots of pots and pans. Outside of the apartment, our kids loved the pools, including a shallow portion of the main pool and of course, the fast slide! We would recommend this apartment. The only negative was that upon arrival the lockbox was broken so we could not get the keys. The manager was proactive and had the security guard let us in while also sending someone to retrieve the keys, which we received about 90 minutes after our arrival. I don't think this is recurring and should only be a one off, but its out experience.
