This place was wonderful! Very comfortable and clean. Exactly what we needed. Tommy gave us very detailed instructions for check in so all went flawlessly. He was very responsive to all my questions and made us feel right at home. The area was nice, close to all, especially if you plan to go on any excursions. Stores are close by and have many restaurants. We went to Boriitaly and their mofongo and pulpo were amazing! Only non major con is that there are stairs to take with luggage. Not a big deal for us but a heads up. Great stay! I usually stay in different areas of Puerto Rico when I visit but if I'm back in the area, I would definitely stay at Tommy's.

Lots of helpful information provided. Stayed for one night on the way to the ferry to Vieques and it was close and convenient. Nice accommodations!

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. His detailed instructions for accessing the gated community and the apartment made check-in seamless, allowing us to settle in quickly. The apartment was clean and provided all the comforts of home, making it an ideal retreat. Both the living room and bedrooms featured air conditioning and fans, ensuring our comfort during warmer days. A highlight of our stay was the balcony and rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed the mountain views and sounds of nature. The community offered excellent recreational facilities, including a nice pool, basketball court, and putting green. We always felt secure arriving at the apartment, thanks to the on-site security and gated access. With several nearby restaurants and easy access to main roads, exploring other municipalities and attractions was a breeze. Overall, our experience was enjoyable, and we would certainly consider staying at this unit again. Thank you, Pedro, for sharing your home with my family and me.

Tuvimos una experiencia formidable. Los muebles, habitaciones, baño, cocina de buen gusto. La limpieza impecable. Limary se encontraba cerca y nos recibió y se puso a nuestra disposición. La ubicación es excelente para realizar actividades. Tuvimos la oportunidad de ir a Culebra, el Yunque y Seven Seas ya que esta muy cerca. Pasamos unos días de lujo en el alojamiento de Limary y ya estamos planificando regresar. Limary es una excelente anfitriona. Espérenos pronto, estamos deseosos de regresar .

We enjoyed our stay in Ramon's Penthouse Apartment. Felt like it was a great deal for the money...3bd, 2ba, full kitchen, TV and Internet. Ramon provided wristbands for on property amenities, but we were too busy to take advantage. We liked the apartment being close to the ferry as we planned day trips to both Culebra and Vieques...also not too far from San Juan for trips back to see the Fort, Palace and Old San Juan. Apartment was very clean. Loved having washer/dryer in the unit. A/C worked great. Even had a few unmentioned amenities that we took advantage of like 1 beach chair and pull cart that came in handy. Victoria’s place was one of the nicest Airbnbs we have ever stayed. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The apartment’s location makes it easy to access the Vieques/Culebra ferries, El Yunque, and lots of nearby beaches. Victoria provided very detailed and clear check-in/out instructions. It was also nice to have the option to use the pool. And the roof deck was great for stargazing at night. We highly recommend a stay here!

Clean, comfy and very quiet place to relax. Stayed with family and I really enjoyed my weekend. Host was always available to answers questions, Thank you Orlando!

El apt es hermoso! Fue nuestra primera vez despidiendo el año allí y la pasamos excelente. El lugar es muy acogedor, es cómodo, está en excelentes condiciones, se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad. El anfitrión muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para nosotros. Sin duda alguna volveremos!

Mi familia y yo hemos usado este Airbnb antes. Nos gusta porque la ubicación es perfecta para visitar otros lugares en el área, el uso de la terraza y la piscina es perfecta. El apartamento estaba limpio y contaba con todo lo que necesitabamos.

Great spot for PR first timers. Super safe location and exactly as described. Equipped with everything you might need. Lots of great local attractions to make anyone happy. Ice cold air conditioning in every room, great after hot days! The star of the show was the rooftop deck. It’s the entire footprint of the condo. Great seating and views. Carol is a great communicator, would happily return.

First let me say... AMAZING HOST! Polite, friendly, helpful. Such a beautiful, clean space with all the necessary amenities. The kids had so much fun at the swimming pool. Must also add, the book of ideas with things to do, restaurants, amusement activities etc... FABULOUS IDEA and we definitely visited some of the suggested places. Surely have saved as my go-to stay cation home in Puerto Rico, we'll be back!

Great experience (our 5th stay in PR.) Nice, bright comfortable place for we 3 adults. Cooked several meals there & initially found kitchen lacking some basic stuff: mixing bowls, pasta pot, measuring cup, colander, etc. We contacted Jennifer & Elsa and the requested items were delivered 24 hrs later. Hosts were friendly, cooperative & seemed amenable to the few suggestions we made upon departure. Would certainly stay there again!

Gorgeous location with spectacular views.

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Enjoyed a 2 week stay recently at this lovely spot. Great 2 bedroom condo overlooking the tennis courts. Second floor with easy entrance and parking for one vehicle. The kitchen was well appointed with good pots and pans and good knives. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a lovely pond with a water fountain. Nice and quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable. The host responded to every question and request almost immediately. Would definitely stay again if returning to Palmas Del Mar.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Larry’s place in Luquillo! The location is absolutely perfect—just a one-minute walk to a stunning beach with both fun waves for surfing and a more relaxed spot for lounging and swimming. It was such a peaceful and beautiful area, and we loved being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The home itself is a great base for exploring the island. We did several day trips and found it super convenient to get around from Luquillo. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the abundance of fresh fruit around the property. We were hoping the guanábana would ripen while we were there, but it kept us guessing! My daughter especially loved checking for fresh eggs each morning—such a fun and unique touch to the experience. Overall, Larry is a fantastic host, and this place has a wonderful, laid-back vibe that made our trip to Puerto Rico really special. Highly recommend!

Great stay, enjoyed the privacy and pool in the back. Home was very clean and had no problems while we were staying there.

STAY HERE! Perfect spot for a small family. And some of the best hosts we’ve come across on this app. We booked this last minute due to a bad experience we had at a different air bnb. Annie offered for us to check in early because we explained the situation. Very responsive, kind, and helpful. The location is perfect. Beach, pool, rooftop, hot tub. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Book it. You won’t regret it.

Nice and cozy used the washer left my clothes on the line to dry and a huge storm came thru though forsure they were gonna be gone lmao but nope still there nice area
