We loved this house! It had everything we needed, and then some. They were so easy to communicate with, and everything went smoothly. Thank you so much!

Very comfortable stay, super clean & neat. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for simple hot meals. Relaxing hot tub just right for two, and oodles of clean towels. Really want to say I appreciate hosts like Jamieson who politely request a few reasonable housekeeping tasks of his guests, instead of long lists of required chores and exorbitant cleaning fees. Would definitely stay there again.

Our 2nd stay at Troy’s!!! More trips coming also this summer! As I stated before, super lake front home- just perfect! Safe, restaurant within walking distance! Plenty of room for truck and boat! Close to numerous boat launches! The home is just perfect decor and waking up with the sun/lake in your face makes this home a huge bargain! Also can dock quickly can grab some lunch or anything you forgot on boat! Thanks Again Holly & some fisherman from Ohio

Mein Weg zur Arbeit war perfekt, nur max. 10 min mit dem Auto. Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Ich konnte mich auch in den Garten setzen. leider gibt es in der Wohnung keinen Esstisch, sondern nur die Theke mit Barhockern. Da ich alleine war, war dies jedoch kein Problem.

Everything was great! I love how there were some toys for my little one to play with. Ariel was fast at responding back to me and she even allowed for a late checkout for us at a very short notice, so thank you :)

I would give 6 stars if I could. Maxine was absolutely amazing and a delight. The apartment was really cool and relaxing. It is my new home in Detroit when I go to visit. They were more than just hosts that had a place. Maxine makes you feel welcome and is a delight to work with. Thank you so much for everything!

It’s a very quiet area! Slept like a baby, the apartment was cute and home feeling. Check in and check out was smooth sailing, it was a pleasure to stay there and would definitely come back.

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! Excellent location to ball park, arena, and local restaurants. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds and all other furniture was very comfy. Most notably, Sean was an incredible host. Provided an excellent digital guidebook as soon as booking was made. Was immediately responsive to any messages sent. Best of all, provided extra amenities within the condo which exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming into Detroit!
