Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Aussenbereich mit Veranda, Bepflanzung, Rasen und Grillstelle wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Beautiful location with superb views from the shady balcony. Rustic, welcoming feel to the apartment - washing machine & dishwasher as well as the kitchen & separate dining area, with a feeling of quiet and space, so easy to feel at home. Aircon in every area of the apartment. Charming, welcoming host: we arrived even later than expected after a flight delay, phoned ahead, and Fiorella was kind enough to wait up and look out for us, greeting us warmly. You do have to be able to speak Italian (or translate) as Fiorella doesn’t speak English, but that wasn’t a problem as she was very patient with us! Very close to the safe beach, plenty of restaurants, hotels etc, and a few gift shops, plus a weekly market under the trees behind the resort - all highly walkable. Longer walk to the supermarket. Parking might be a bit tight at the apartment, but we hadn’t bothered with a vehicle. (Taxi from airport - 40 minutes). Boat trips and walks available if wanted. We would love to return!

Formidable séjour entre amies chez Maria Teresa. La vue est à couper le souffle et l'appartement est bien équipé. Maria Teresa a été très réactive dans les communications et nous a permis de passer un très bon moment.

Die Kommunikation mit Michele ist bestens und vor Ort steht Paolo zur Verfügung. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr angenehmer, ruhiger und gepflegter Umgebung. Es ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Eine sehr gepflegte Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen ist in ca. 2 min erreichbar und eine wunderschöne Badebucht erreicht man über einen kleinen Weg in ca. 5 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage und der wunderschöne Garten. Zu Fuß war man in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Auch Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wer zum Kitesurfen oder Wind-/Wingsurfen kommt, hat es sehr nah zu den entsprechenden Spots. Auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit dem Mietwagen ist die Unterkunft ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Parken kann man problemlos vor dem Haus. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Marino's appartament is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay and explore north-east Sardinian coast and Maddalena Island. The location is great, just by the sea and with option of lovely ca 10 mins walk ( along the shore in pines' shadow to Palau city center with somenice restaurants and port (with ferries to Maddalena Isl) . The appt itself is equipped in everything needed (especially kitchen :), funcionally furnished and clean, safe parking just next to the house. Communication with Marino is smooth and effective, with all detailed information provided, we do recomend this place to enjoy the best of Sardina:)) thank you Marino:)

The apartment felt and looked better than the photos. It was beautiful in - and outside. It was clean and nothing was missing. Excellent location, parking, quiet and safe. Excellent written recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Warm and memorable host - very helpful with requests.

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

Séjour de rêve! Emplacement devant une mer turquoise, végétation luxuriante, logement impeccable, avec toutes les commodités requises et plus encore! Maria-Lucia est une super hôte très généreuse de son temps et de son aide! Elle répond rapidement aux demandes, elle prend plaisir à nous informer des activités locales à faire: excursions, randonnées, restaurants, plages etc… Nous avons eu la chance de passer une journée à la plage avec elle et son sympathique mari Gian Mario, un moment mémorable avec des personnes de cœur!🫶🏼 Mille mercis encore pour tout! Atemberaubend! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Es ist ein italienisch traditionell rustikales Ferienhaus. Wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich wie bei einer italienischen Großfamilie, obwohl natürlich keine dort ist. Es ist gemütlich und einladend. Wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet, hast du sofort einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine türkisfarbene Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich von einer Verwalterin begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria selbst war überaus freundlich und engagiert. Man hat deutlich gespürt, dass sie sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Buchten und der Insel La Maddalena war wunderschön und auch das Gebirge war nicht weit, so dass wir nicht nur baden konnten, sondern auch wandern waren. Wir bekamen von Valeria viele Tipps für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Was soll ich viel schreiben - es war toll und wir kommen wieder!

Jessica hat uns die Unterkunft glücklicherweise sehr kurzfristig vermietet und einen Check-In keine 10 Minuten später ermöglicht und uns damit den Tag gerettet! Wir haben eine Einführung und ganz viele Tipps von ihr bekommen. Das Appartement entspricht haargenau den Bildern und ist so schön und warm eingerichtet, dass wir uns wirklich „Like @ Home“ gefühlt haben. Die Badezimmer sind super, es gibt viele Handtücher, sogar extra welche für den Pool und Strand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Wohnzimmer ist so gemütlich! Wir hatten einen rundherum schönen Aufenthalt und wären gern länger geblieben, aber leider ging unser Flug nach 2 Tagen. Im Sommer ist der Außenbereich mit den Pools sicherlich traumhaft, jetzt war das Wasser etwas kalt, aber die Kinder hat es nicht gestört. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und hoffen auf eine Rückkehr ins schöne Palau☺️

Great location and apartment..stunning view of the sea from the terrace. The apartment has everything you would need. Just to note we stayed at the end of the season (mid October) and most of the restaurants and bars were already closed in Baja.

Alberto est un super hôte, très réactif et à l’écoute en cas de questions. Lina, co-hôte est à disposition également et très agréable ! Le logement était conforme à la description avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous reviendrons !

What a truly wonderful home to make your own and enjoy Palau and surrounding areas.We had a fantastic time and Sara’s responsiveness and kindness was fantastic from beginning to end.We cannot recommend this place and area enough!

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung. Tolle Ausstattung der Küche. Wohnung und Apartmentanlage mit Pool und Terrasse sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Golfo aranci. Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und die Aussicht ist ein Traum! Die Kommunikation mit Pia & Stefano war sehr einfach und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Fehler von uns war, dass wir nicht richtig gelesen hatten, dass diese Unterkunft eine Doppelhaus-Hälfte ist. Wir sind mit unseren Hunden angereist und sind bei dem Preis eigentlich davon ausgegangen, dass wir alleine sind. Glücklicherweise hatten wir nur 2 Tage Nachbarn, aber hätten wir das vorher richtig gelesen, hätten wir es sicher nicht gebucht. Wenn man die Nachbarn jedoch kennt ( Freunde, Familie), dann ist es ein perfekter Ort um Ferien zu machen :-))

Alles war bestens. Der Blick von den beiden Terrassen auf das Maddalena Archipel bis rüber nach Korsika wunderschön. Das Haus ist gut erreichbar, nach Palau kann man prima zu Fuß gelangen. Man findet dort alles, stündlich fährt eine Fähre nach La Maddalena, unbedingt besuchen. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Wir haben von hier aus den ganzen Norden Sardinien's erkundet. Der kleine Haus-Strand ist kaum 100m entfernt und echt nett. Man kann dort sehr schön spazieren gehen. Maria Luisa blieb immer mit uns in Kontakt und war bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar. Auch Irene, die sich um das Objekt kümmert hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps den Aufenthalt verschönt. Wir haben unsere 15 Tage hier sehr genossen und haben keine Bedenken wieder hierher zu kommen. Fabrizio and Barbara were super helpful and responsive right from the beginning, allowing for a smooth check-in and check out. They helped us with amenities, gave us local recommendations and always assisted us with any issues. Such a beautiful and peaceful property—I highly recommend!!

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful view and comfortable bed; the studio is cute and well-located. The only downside was that there wasn’t much flexibility with the check-in times. But overall, we had a great stay!

Mega tolle Wohnung. Wir waren begeistert. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Wir haben unsere nächste Unterkunft storniert und den Aufenthalt verlängert. Wir nannten es Peter Pan Haus. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind: kein Wlan, viele private Gegenstände vom Gastgeber vor Ort und untransparente Preispolitik. Es wird nicht wie bei anderen Airbnbs pro Appartment verrechnet sondern pro Gast. Ansonsten die Wohnung der Hammer!

Schönes kleines Cottage, hübsch eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Dusche war zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt groß genug. Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig mit Blick auf das Meer. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auf der Insel und auf dem Wasser. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den stets hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht, vielen Dank! :)
