Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área de asientos al aire libre en Maddalena archipelago

Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig, zwei sehr schöne sanierte Badezimmer, zwei sehr große Terrassen mit jeweils sehr gepflegtem Garten und eine dritte Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick. Die Küche besaß alles was wir brauchten inklusive einem modernen 4-Felder-Induktionsherd. Das Warmwasser funktionierte überall einwandfrei und es gab bequeme Gartenmöbel in ausreichender Anzahl. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls bequem. Im Nachbarort Santa Teresa, der in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar ist, gibt es gute und leckere Gastronomie, die wir auch mehrfach genossen haben. Die ganze Gegend hat uns toll gefallen und unser Vermieter Matteo und sein Team sind jederzeit leicht erreichbar, sollte man sie brauchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke, Matteo!

Atemberaubend! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Es ist ein italienisch traditionell rustikales Ferienhaus. Wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich wie bei einer italienischen Großfamilie, obwohl natürlich keine dort ist. Es ist gemütlich und einladend. Wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet, hast du sofort einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine türkisfarbene Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich von einer Verwalterin begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria selbst war überaus freundlich und engagiert. Man hat deutlich gespürt, dass sie sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Buchten und der Insel La Maddalena war wunderschön und auch das Gebirge war nicht weit, so dass wir nicht nur baden konnten, sondern auch wandern waren. Wir bekamen von Valeria viele Tipps für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Was soll ich viel schreiben - es war toll und wir kommen wieder!

Es war sehr schön und Luigi hat sich super schnell und freundlich um alles gekümmert. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts einen Defekt der Geschirrspülmaschine. Der Elektriker kam umgehend vorbei und hat innerhalb von wenigen Stunden eine neue Maschine eingebaut. Wirklich top! Die Wohnung ist genau so schön, wie auf den Bildern und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Aufpassen, sollte man mit dem Stromanschluss: Nicht zu viele Geräte gleichzeitig benutzen, sonst fliegt die Hauptsicherung raus. Im April ist es noch schön ruhig in Palau - der Pool war schon in Betrieb aber noch sehr kalt.

La casa de Sole es aún más hermosa de lo que se ve en las fotos. Estaba impecable cuando llegamos y fue lindo encontrar agua y algunas cosas dulces que nos recibieron luego del largo viaje, La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer costa esmeralda en auto y playas hermosas y de fácil acceso están muy cerca, Tiendas de todo tipo están a 3 minutos en coche Todo estaba impecable! Gracias por recibirnos!

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

L'appartement de Ludovica, super, rien à redire, tout est parfait, propreté, emplacement. Ludovica communique avec ses hôtes, veille à ce que tout se passe bien. L'appartement est moderne, très bien équipé. Nous avons passé 9 jours avec 2 ados. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne, nous retournerons sans hésiter chez Ludivica.

Nous étions 2 couples et avons passé 4 jours dans l’appartement. Accueil chaleureux de Laurence qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour l’organisation, les restaurants et les activités. L’appartement est très bien placé, calme, confortable et la terrasse est exceptionnelle ! L’appartement est bien équipé et c’était appréciable d’avoir des produits et aliments de base. Comme beaucoup de logements dans la haute ville ce n’est pas accessible en voiture, il faut prévoir de se garer assez loin et porter les valises. Il faut également être en forme pour monter les étages (marches assez raides) mais cela vaut le coup pour profiter de cette ville magnifique!

Formidable séjour entre amies chez Maria Teresa. La vue est à couper le souffle et l'appartement est bien équipé. Maria Teresa a été très réactive dans les communications et nous a permis de passer un très bon moment.

Loft magnifique, tout équipé, propre, bien décoré, avec une jolie vue sur le Port. Hôte amical et très réactif. Consignes pour l'entrée dans le logement précises et claires

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Bonifacio et les environs. Beaucoup de randonnée à faire à pied à quelques pas du logement. Vrai parking dédié sur place et non s’il y a de place t’en prend une. Beaucoup de RBNB mentionne qu’ils ont un parking mais la plupart du temps du doit trouver toi même ta place dans le village. Ce n’est pas le cas ici. Belle épicerie à 5 minutes à pied. Apparemment bien éclairé, internet performant et facile d’utilisation. Grand téléviseur avec possibilité de regarder Prime ou Netflix. En conclusion, grand logement pour deux, ensoleillée avec belle terrasse. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer . Merci à Laurence et son conjoint pour l’accueil et leurs bons conseils . Un appartement très beau, propre , bien équipé. Nous avons adoré être dans Bonifaccio et de pouvoir partir en promenade depuis l’appartement . On recommande !

Umberto is a fantastic host. Very responsive, and provided a massive amount of recommendations and helpful info which really added to our stay. Location is great once you have a car and Apt is well set-up for those with small kids. Thanks again Umberto!

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

Great location, very peaceful in September. Shame that other guest of other properties need to pass through the outdoor space to get in and out.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Leonardo’s place was spectacular! State of the art appliances and a million dollar view. I was there with my 4 adult children and two of their babies. Lots of room for 6 adults, everyone had privacy and space when needed. We walked down to the beaches easily, a few different ones to choose from. Beaches had no services in mid October but it was fine. We packed our own picnic and enjoyed the empty beach. My boys had rented cars which is 100% necessary this time of year, mid October for 2 weeks. There was only one restaurant that we could get to on foot. Not a problem because we enjoy cooking our own meals. Lots of places to shop and eat if you have a car. I stayed a couple extra days after my family left and enjoyed the apartment. Called a cab to get to the airport and he didn’t show up at the prearranged time. Thankfully my daughter had a phone and was able to call and tell them we were waiting on the road for him. I would absolutely come again, but never without a car, or a phone.

Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander d'aller chez Charlotte. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5min du port et du départ des excursions. A 15min de la ville haute. Appartement au calme, très propre. Charlotte est très soucieuse qu'on s'y sente bien. Nous avons grandement apprécié d'avoir un parking privé et un supermarché à 2min à pieds.

J'ai passé un séjour Extraordinaire dans le logement d'Aurélie. La communication a été fluide, précise et réactive pour l'arrivée et le départ. Ca fait du bien et ça mérite d'être souligné car cela n'a pas toujours été le cas sur d'autres voyages. La résidence est très agréable, propre et moderne (à peine un an). Calme également mais c'est l'hiver. Le logement est juste magnifique. La cuisine est moderne, hyperfonctionnelle et l'électroménager est d'excellente qualité. Très pratique l'arrière cuisine. La décoration est dans l'air du temps et de très bon goût. Tout le confort est là : Internet avec un excellent ping et débit, canapé de salon et d'extérieur confortable, TV, douche à l'italienne. On voit que la literie est neuve et d'un confort remarquable J'ai pu profiter sur les conseils avisés d'Aurélie de magnifique randonnées en bord de mer, du marché de Noël de Bonifacio, de plages méconnues et de bonnes adresses locales. J'ai hâte de revenir aux beaux jours... Merci Aurélie

We stayed for 3 nights at Veronica‘s and it was perfect. Veronica always responded very quickly. Check-in was clear and we could even stay a bit longer for check-out because we needed to pass some time as we had a doctors appointment. The apartment has everything you need to stay for a longer time. Parking was at the street, but there is always a free spot. It was very clean and the garden is beautiful to spend some time. We can highly recommend this place.
