Roomy and inviting! The king bed in the master was comfy however the other bed was not. The couch was not comfortable at all. Made it difficult to hang out in the living room. Had a great selection of kids toys, especially dinosaurs, that my grandson kept himself busy with! Overall it was a great stay!

Beautiful home and so grateful for the easy check-in! We booked hours before arriving and it was ready to go. The extra amenities like the play room was amazing! There's lots of cabinets so it was hard to find a broom at first. Michelle responded quickly on check-in questions. There are lots of steps, but not an issue for us. Great stay, definitely recommend!

We had tremendous privacy and we appreciate having the use of the first floor of your spacious, historic house. The bed was VERY comfortable and the fact that you provided wine at night and breakfast in the morning made the stay with you a great value. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Claudia was a great host and was very responsive with all my questions. Some things that stood out were, the cleanliness (particularly the bathrooms), well stocked games, the beautiful artwork, comfy beds, and well done kitchen. The laundry room was a nice addition where we put the pack'n'play. Before I write this next part I want to make it clear that I'm not trying to complain but merely point it out. Something I wasn't prepared for was the run down neighborhood (which I found out was due to the plant closing unfortunately) and busyness of 8th St. Once we spent the weekend there however, the first concern wasn't an issue. The walk to the river and blue bridge was peaceful and the neighbors were nice. Overall our stay was very enjoyable, with laughter and fun throughout our stay. We were a big family of all ages and the house fit us well enough. You can tell a lot of love and care was put into this cozy cottage. Would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Anderson again!
