The Longhorn ranch air b n b was terrific! The space was very clean and Ellen even had a bottle of wine for us upon arrival! The longhorns and the property were both incredible and Teddy their golden retriever came to visit us and we loved him - overall five stars for both the property and the communication! We will be coming back

Colin is a responsive host. Apartment is represented well in pictures. I’ve stayed here for an extended period of time. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Good for travel nurses.

Great location (walking distance from St Elizabeth’s Hospital! 5-7 mins tops!) Public transport right at your doorstep! Beautiful neighborhood, responsive host! TV has multiple viewing options and never an issue with wifi. Had a few little bumps along the way but were rectified! Overall I would and have recommended the gem!

Highly recommend this one of a kind, memorable stay. The unique and tastefully vintage variety of furniture, wallpaper, lighting, and more gives this apartment feeling that is a perfect mix of homey and intriguing. Literally every item down to the handmade and hand-painted ceramic cups for water was so thoughtful, interesting, and well curated. It made it all the more fun to just hang out inside during the cold weather and made a college visit feel like a vacation. The apartment was also 100% clean, and both beds were super comfortable. To top it all off, the hosts responded almost immediately to any questions we had throughout our stay. While we didn't get the chance to use them, the apartment was well stocked with books, games, and idea cards. They also had ample cooking supplies & utensils. Lastly, it is conveniently located within the town, only a few steps away from cute restaurants, shops, and Utica Coffee, a small but efficient cafe bustling with Utica Coffee. 10/10!!!!!

Lisa's place was beautiful, lots of space and very peaceful. Instructions were very clear; easy entry. The apartment is located just a couple of miles outside the center of Cazenovia, a very charming town.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay!

Our stay was like home but better! Clean and quiet. First floor neighbor is great. We had no issues at all and Dmitriy was an amazing host which is pretty impressive since he a young man. Definitely recommend staying with him. Check in and check out was seamless. I even forgot a few items after we left to which he immediately addressed. Great place and awesome host!

I rented this small apartment so my son could host his in-laws, and we were delighted when we walked in. Everything was very clean and seemed like it had just been remodeled. Everything looks brand new, and the layout and decor make everything feel very comfortable and inviting. My son's in-laws were delighted.

Vas provided a clean living space, very cozy and quiet. She was responsive and acted quickly to resolve a minor issue during my stay. Easy instructions upon check in. Overall a pleasant place to stay in Utica.

Very good communication, very clear instructions on everything. Everything was just as he described it. Even asked if it would disturb us if he worked on unit above us (we worked 3rd shift and slept during the day). Would absolutely rent from Ryan again when in the area.

I'm going to preface this with saying I'm very pickie when it comes to cleanliness and this place was top notch. I was disappointed to realize there was no oven as we were going to make Thanksgiving dinner. A few safety concerns tho: I did not realize this was on the second floor and you had to walk up stairs to get to the room. Not great for someone with arthritis, but it wasn't horrible. Second, the door at the top of the stairs going into the apartment does not have a lock on it and the door handles are the kind that are very easy for toddlers to just open up, which is a huge safety risk for me, making sure my 18 mo old grandchild didn't open the door and fall down the stairs. Third the parking area was very very dark, the two solar lights that are in the drive there are not bright enough, which is also a huge safety risk. Very comfortable space and I would definitely stay again!

We stayed over Christmas to see family while visiting from SC. The place was just right for the two of us and our puppies who really enjoyed running around in the snow for the first time. We were happy to see that someone plowed the long driveway so we didn’t have to worry about that. We really enjoyed staying there and would definitely consider staying again. We had a great trip!

AMAZING! My husband and I could not have been happier with our stay in Deansboro at this adorable cabin. The owner Dan was super friendly, even went out of his way to bring us homemade blueberry scones and muffins. Ian, the property manager was really helpful and responsive to every thing we could possibly need. The property itself was gorgeous! We had no idea about the million dollar view that awaited us when we pulled up to the property. The hot tub was lovely, we enjoyed that while watching the sunset with a campfire going. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. There are some trails behind the cabin that we enjoyed walking and breathing in the nature and beauty around us. Just super peaceful and serene, we would definitely come stay here again if we find ourselves in the area! The people managing and running the property are just the nicest people and if we could leave them a 6 star review, we would!! Highly recommend!!!
