Alex was an excellent host, communicative from start to finish. The house was lovely and perfect for three sets of parents visiting their kids at Colgate. It was comfortable and clean with lots of style and flare and everything you could need in the kitchen. Alex was also very understanding of a spill (tomato sauce on the dining room rug) and our attempts to clean it. A great all around and comfortable experience!

Great house with lots of space and within 5min to Colgate. We were here for Parents weekend and very handy being so close. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We hope to be able to rent it again for future visits!

I can't say enough great things about our stay! The hosts were awesome to deal with...always accommodating and available, the location was perfect...right on the water/ice, the residence exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The location is perfect with a short walk to exceptional fishing. No need to scramble trying to find parking...its all right there for you. We enjoyed a weekend of ice fishing with family and friends and definitely plan on coming back this year. On a scale of 1 to 10...this is an 11! Highly recommend!

The house was tastefully decorated, extremely clean, and clutter free. Angie was communicative and left us fresh eggs, butter, cream and coffee for our visit. I highly recommend this listing and we will stay there again while visiting our daughter at Hamilton.

First of all Robby was a wonderful, responsive host. Everything we needed, he already had available at his place. It was really easy to host our family Thanksgiving at the house. The house was spectacular- blending a retro but historic feel to it while the amenities made us feel as if we were staying at a high end hotel. This home exceeded our expectations, beautifully decorated with alot of room so everyone felt that they had their own "space". Communications and directions were exceptionally clear and detailed. Overall, an outstanding experience- highly recommend it.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

House was plenty big and comfortable to host our gathering. Perfect for a night out to turning stone being only a couple minutes drive.

We had a WONDERFUL stay in Manilas! Marchelle's place is absolutely AMAZING! The location and the property is so beautiful! Everything at the home is so clean, and it is so warm and inviting! Our family had a wonderful gathering this weekend! I could NOT have picked a more perfect place for us to stay with our recent visit!!! Marchelle was exceptional with her communication and information to make it an easy in and out stay! We had an amazing stay at Tim’s house for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 10, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the start, Tim was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. The house was spotless when we arrived, and you can tell it’s well cared for. The beds were all super comfortable, making it easy for everyone to get a good night’s sleep after our adventures. The location was perfect—just a short, convenient drive to the casino, which made our weekend plans effortless. If you’re considering booking this home, do it! It’s spacious, clean, and in a prime location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. The cottage was beautiful with a peaceful charm. A pellet stove is the first visual we received when you walk into the space. It provided a warm, relaxing mood. The setting was comfortable and scenic. Waking up to pastures of grazing cows and a cat that kept an eye on the yard. The cottage provided all the necessary essentials during our stay. The cottage is my first choice to stay when I visit the area. Lynne was a gracious, responsive host!

Tim is such a great host. This is without a doubt the best Airbnb i have stayed in so far. With 2 full bathrooms, 6 bedrooms and two living rooms with couches made it so my bridal party could stay with us the weekend of our wedding. The pool ans deck area were beautiful. The house was immaculate. Tim also is great at communicating. I just cannot say enough nice things about this host and this house.

Andrew was a great host, the house is beautiful, wonderful decorating that was not cluttered but still felt welcoming & warm. Furniture was comfortable. Coffee filters and fixings (incuding creamers) were stocked! Nice after a late night arrival and long drive. He gave nice recommendations for restaurants. We were visiting Hamilton College and the proximity to the college was super! 4 minute drive, you could walk to the school. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy the space!

Nicole's place was spacious as advertised with easy access to Colgate. Nicole was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Shower was really nice. Breakfast treats were wonderful. Would stay again.

Beautiful, cozy apartment perfect for a weekend getaway! Quick and clear communication by host that made us feel incredibly welcome.

We enjoyed staying here in this very nice historical building while visiting our grandson at Hamilton College. The flights of stairs up to our apartment were not too much of a challenge for us oldsters. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, and well appointed with linens and towels. There was a very fancy espresso machine. However I had no idea how to operate it! Luckily there was a cozy coffee shop right next door for morning coffee and pastries. Richard was easy to contact and answered our calls quickly. We would like to stay here again!

We had such a nice stay! The cottage was absolutely adorable and bigger than we expected. It was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and Taylor thought of and provided everything we could need. The view of the lake was gorgeous. We planned on bringing our two dogs, but ended up leaving them home. Had we brought them, they also would have had everything they needed. We will definitely book again when we return to Hamilton!

Cozy little cabin perfect for a couple . Setting on a pond was beautiful and our hosts were caring and available. Would highly recommend this tiny cabin!
