Bill was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. He was thoughtful and helpful and very quick to respond whenever I sent a message. He had water and extra supplies such as toilet paper, washing powder etc which was really helpful, especially being out of town. There was a gym, which Bill recommended, within walking distance too. We were a group of 9 who stayed for nearly 3 weeks and we were very comfortable- the house is spacious and had everything we needed. The only issue we sometimes had was we had to wait a bit longer find grab. I would suggest using grab for getting home from town as songtau drivers/ taxis outside of grab had trouble finding the location. Using the ‘plus code’ on google maps was the most accurate for finding the accomodation. The community the house is in was lovely, the neighbours were friendly and would stop for a chat or to drop off some fruit etc. FYI; You have to pay for power, for us it cost us an average of an extra 255baht per night.

I stayed for over a month while training at Tao Garden (about a 12 min scooter ride). This was the perfect sanctuary during my time there and the tub, location, everything made it very peaceful. The grounds at Jasmine Hills are beautiful. Paul and Dolly, the owners, are super sweet. They gave me a tour of the place before my stay. There is also a restaurant on site but I didn’t get to go during my stay. Pros that stand out: — laundry service (100 baht per load for wash, dry, and fold, very reasonably priced compared to outside) — very attentive (for example, the wifi wasn’t reaching in the bedroom and Paul bought an extender the next day — comfortable cotton sheets (not always the case in Thailand) — aircon blows nice and cold — local market just 3 min away I highly recommend it to anyone at Tao Garden that prefers to stay off-premise!

If you're debating on booking. Just go ahead and do it! The pictures don't do this house justice. it's beautiful and super clean. We had another placed booked and the week before, the host cancelled. Traveling as a group of 11, we needed a large home. Booking was easy and communication was top notch. The hosts arranged our transport to/from the airport as well as a driver for our day of exursions. When we arrived we were greeted by the management team for a quick tour of the house. Even though there were 11 people, we never felt crowded. plenty of seating for large groups , which some houses do not have in common areas. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything that was needed. The pool area is very nice. Our group only spent 2 nights there so we didn't get to take advantage of the pool or jacuzzi Highly recommend and this house, you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

Anny was an incredible host, the place was tranquil and beautiful surrounded by rice fields and peace and quiet. We had a great time there and would absolutely recommend!

A great place to stay with the family, several bedrooms, great swimming pool and table tennis, lovely view on the nature all around!!

fay was very helpful and always responsive to our enquires. She even waited for us to arrive and explained the facilities at her place. Always so ready to solve any problem that arises. The house was amazing! filled with alot of activities that we spent so much time in the villa :). Lovely big compound my group of ten friends really loved it. We gathered around mostly at the big dining table and housekeeper was too helpful with our towels after swim and even helped to run errands. Happy to always come back to a clean room and a functional house! The location maybe further from town but the owner provided transport with driver that makes it easier to move around. Thank you for the lovely experience, your hospitality and we truly had great memories with your villa. You made this trip amazing! Recommend for big groups as this villa is such a home away from home.

Great host and great house in a quiet location. The house is excellent for families or groups wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks so much for our stay 😊
