Ich war mit meiner Frau und unserer Hündin zum ersten mal in Santanyí. Um diese Jahreszeit ist es wirklich sehr ruhig dort. Es hat sich teilweise wie eine Geisterstadt angefühlt, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat! Diese Unterkunft war unser erster Stopp auf Mallorca und leider ist meine Frau vor dem Urlaub etwas krank geworden. Ich habe davon Valentina erzählt und sie hat uns zwei Stunden vor Check In in die Unterkunft gelassen! Das war wirklich sehr lieb! Die Unterkunft ist eine von vielen in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage mit einem gemeinsamen Pool. Von den anderen Bewohnern haben wir fast nichts mitbekommen und den Pool hatten wir auch für uns. Die Lage ist wirklich extrem gut! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 minuten und eine schöne Wanderroute findet man auch nach 5 Minuten Laufweg. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner erster Stopp!

Le logement était extrêmement propre et bien équipé. Le balcon est très agréable, avec une très belle vue. La literie est très confortable. Le bruit du bar en dessous ne nous a pas génés car nous étions hors saison donc les soirées se finissaient assez tôt.

Firstly wow Secondly wow wow wow This villa is brilliant This is one of the best equipped villas we’ve stayed in. It’s like you’re staying at the home of a really good and generous friend. It was so nice as a family with 2 kids (who will no longer share a room happily) for everyone to have their own space. The games room was a fab addition. Carlos is a brilliant host- friendly and helpful. He welcomed us to the villa gave us some great tips and some goodies in the fridge and then left us to it. The pool is great, gets the afternoon/ evening sun and we had some good long lunches in the garden. The local area is lovely, 10 min stroll to a lovely beach and good choice of restaurants also within walking distance. We saw some beautiful sunsets. We had a brilliant time and would love to return. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Me and my dad stayed at this place for a week and it was definitely a good choice because the house was nice and clean, it has loads of restaurants around, beach is easy to reach etc. The house had everything you might need, we appreciated that the host left us some coffee and food, we even found some mineral water in the fridge which was very kind of her. There is a supermarket within 1 min walk from the house. Carmen was very responsive and gave us clear instructions on how to get in. She was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Je ne peux que recommander ce logement. Rien que pour la vue qui est à coupé le souffle. La maison est parfaite pour 5-6 personnes. L’extérieur est un vrai havre de paix avec de multiples espaces qui permettent de toujours avoir un endroit calme. Un séjour parfait !

Mooie, rustige locatie vlakbij het strand. Wij huurden een auto en dit zorgde ervoor dat we de drukte van de stad konden ontvluchten in dit stille prachtige appartement.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich des Hauses mit dem tollen Pool bot viel Privatsphäre. Durch die unterschiedlichen Ebenen hat man zu jeder Tageszeit seinen Lieblingsplatz gefunden. Besonders schön war der Ausblick auf die Bucht. In nur 5 Minuten waren wir am Strand und konnten so spontan und auch außerhalb der Stoßzeiten die tolle Bucht genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die nahe gelegenen Ortschaften Santanyi und Ses Salines, die in 10 Minuten per Auto erreichbar sind und sehr gute Restaurants zu bieten haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der Verwalterin vor Ort war immer freundlich und uns wurde schnell geholfen.

Tolles Haus. Liegt sehr nahe am Meer und ca. 25-30minuten bis zum Zentrum von Palma entfernt.

Schöne Unterkunft, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und zu unserer Zeit war die Anlage noch sehr ruhig. Iris ist eine tolle und proaktive Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation, der Check-in und Check-out super. Wir haben die Unterkunft und die Umgebung sehr genossen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Delightful villa, and a delightful stay. The property is surrounded with landscaped garden, accessed by an electric front gate. Wonderful location within a few minutes of the airport. Silvia was so kind as to allow me to check out late in the evening, (complimentary), due to having a later flight. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Mallorca. Thanks Silvia!

A short break with the family at Easter, would not normally book a place so close to everything as we do lie peace and quiet. The apartment is literally across the street from the beach and situated above shops and cafes, with eateries to the left and right. The holiday was great, people watching from front balcony, then at night close the doors a peace, the apartment was as expected with no shock horrors, the area is beautiful with lots of nice walks around, beautiful coast and plenty to do. If self catering is planned the visit the eroski stores, much cheaper than the local stores. Overall a great apartment in a lovely part of Mallorca. Would definitely recommend and would return. I loved every moment of our stay at Doris' place. It is well stocked with everything a guest might need, the linens are premium, the pool was cleaned several times during our stay, the place was squeaky clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more. I also loved all of her personal home decor touches and art collection. Upon arrival, we were met with a representative who walked us through the house and provided us with all the information we would need. Doris has considered all the details carefully ensuring that our stay is memorable. The villa and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this to whoever is looking for a tranquil, quiet place to stay.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Gastgeberin hat super schnell geantwortet. Die Lage ist sehr Ruhig, trotzdem gibt es nette Restaurants in der nähe. Dieses Airbnb kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement. C’est une expérience en soi de voir d’aussi belles choses dans ce coin de pays ! Le trajet entre le stationnement et le logement est tout un exercice, surtout avec les valises, mais ça vaut vraiment la peine. La vue sur la mer est indescriptible. Et que dire du ciel étoilée en soirée ! Le logement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Titi était très gentille et très conviviale. Merci pour tout !

We traveled as a family of 5 with 1,5,6 year olds. Very spacious, well-kept house. We had everything we needed there. Thomas deserves the title of super host - ready to help at any time and even before arrival we received all the suggestions and instructions for our stay. I highly recommend it.

We had a really great time there as a family, beautiful sunsets. the host Elisa was very nice, drove with us the way down to the house. better to have a car that isn't too low.

Maria is an amazing host, extremely helpful and nice, and the apartment is outstanding. There’s everything inside, great location, we felt like at home.

Lovely villa, with all the amenities listed. Pool and out door areas great. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. Local shops, restaurants and beach. Palma itself is one hour away on the bus. Ideal spot if you want a quiet relaxing holiday. Fredrick our host was excellent and was very proactive and responsive, even letting us have a late check out due to not flying till the night time on our departure day. Would recommend this villa.

Flair und Ambiente noch viel Schöner als auf den Bildern. Perfekte Location zum Entspannen und viele Möglichkeiten für Halb-/Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung und nach Palma. Abends dann im wunderbar sauberen und warmen Whirlpool entspannen. Küche bietet alles was man zur Verpflegung braucht. Super Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und sehr sehr viele zusätzliche Tipps und Informationen. Technische Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Kuschlige und warme Betten. Ausblick der Hammer. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
