Lovely little space in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Books, paintings, photos and decorations with a personal touch made it truly feel like being a guest in someone’s home in a good way. Fresh flowers, fresh eggs from the hens and a couple of cans of local brew were nice surprises. 25 minutes pleasant walk to downtown Asheville. The kitchenette was small but surprisingly well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and there was a nice large deck in the back. Michele was so friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay!

Highly recommend staying here! The balcony is lovely, the views are lovely, and just down the hill is a wonderful brewery with even more lovely views. We love staying in the French broad district and hope to visit again soon.

my friends and i had a great time staying here during lindy focus! so spacious, with really fun and funky decor, and close to grocery, pharmacy, and downtown, with ample parking. zeki was very quick to respond whenever we had questions. it was really the perfect spot for us, though i wish we had had time to use the fire pit! we're already talking about staying here again next year :)

Very beautiful home. Heidi + Chris did a great job with the setup and preparation for our stay. Their home was in walking distance from all the great eats that downtown Asheville has to offer, all while being in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. This is my first trip out to Asheville and it was very comforting knowing I had a great home to comeback to every night.

I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about our stay! The cottage was exactly as described. The linens were wonderful and the bed was so comfortable. The location is super walkable to downtown. We tried several local restaurants and we were NOT disappointed! Staying at Judy’s was so much nicer than staying inside Asheville. We were close enough to enjoy what Asheville had to offer, but we got the small town charm of Weaverville. Everyone we met was so kind. (A local couple even offered to let us sit with them at the VERY busy local pizzeria!) Our maltipoo, Stella, was happy with the dog treats, dog run, and doggie bedding. We definitely recommend Judy’s place and hope to return.

Perfect place to stay with a baby. Gabrielle offered a pack n play crib, a baby bathtub, towels, books, and toys - all of this made travel to Weaverville so much easier. Great home!

Nice owner of the house. Very friendly to the tenants. Very clean house, great hot tub with easy use. In the house we got everything we needed for rest and stay.

Lovely space for a two person getaway. The lodge contains multiple units, but noise was never an issue and there were plenty of parking spaces. The Nuthouse is up a short indoor flight of stairs and was easy to find. The views were beautiful. Shower pressure is very important to me—here it was fabulous. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with our family of 10, ranging from a baby to grandparents. The house was meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas for gathering. Every room was beautifully designed, so no one felt like they got the “lesser” room. The views were absolutely incredible, and we loved the added amenities—board games, foosball, a jacuzzi, and a grill. The host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and proactive in keeping us informed about a nearby fire. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious A-frame. Beautiful wooded surroundings and lots of natural light in the house. The home is beautiful inside as well with many thoughtful touches. The host was very thoughtful as well and even reached out to let us know we could have late check out because no one was staying the next night. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again sometime!

We had an amazing time at the Broadleaf’s Place. The view was stunning and the house had everything to make you feel at home. Our favorite spot were the balconies. Every balcony has amazing views. The Jacuzzi very spacious. the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen the coffee stations we give it a 10/10. we are coffee lovers. Highly recommended . We had the best Christmas time:

We have an amazing time with our daughter and son in law. The house is so cozy and the beds are incredibly comfortable! We would recommend to anyone and will be back! If you are going sight seeing, to the casinos or even just want to relax…this is the place.

This place is INCREDIBLE! Between busy work and grad school schedules, it can often be difficult for my husband and I to find time to relax and unwind. As soon as we stumbled across Ken's place though, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for! The quiet and secluded place created the perfect atmosphere for a rejuvenating weekend getaway. We were easily able to turn our phones off, and tune into the nature surrounding us on every side. We slept to the sounds of the waterfalls at night and sat outside to soak in the sunshine and beautiful scenery during the day. This property was truly one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed, and we can't wait to visit again. Thank you, Ken!!

Excellent place to stay. It was clean and beautiful and the perfect place to stay with a group of people. Trace was very helpful and we all really enjoyed our time here. It’s a relaxing spot.

Everything went super well! We’ve stayed in other places in Pigeon Forge, but they’re hilly or have a lot of stairs. It was so nice to be able to park and head directly inside! Especially with our kids!

We loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as described—stylish, clean, and incredibly well-located. We parked and walked everywhere the whole stay and it was super easy to come and go when we headed out for hikes. The exposed brick and modern touches gave it a great vibe, and the bed and seating were super comfortable. We appreciated all the thoughtful details. This place was like new! It was spotless and clutter free. Awesome coffee and tea available. Bed was super comfy. Couch was comfy too! Climate control was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return! Owner was so responsive too! Thankful to have found this place.

Nick is a very good host! Very quick to respond and answer any questions. Have no doubt he has the guest best interests in mind. Room was very nice felt like home! Will definitely be using Nick again for future trips with my wife!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and our kids loved the games set out. Hosts were friendly. Being under a pottery studio was a nice bonus, getting to see all the beautiful pottery around the place. The location was great, too. Close to downtown but in a peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was beautiful! Exactly as described. They communicated very well and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! The pool, playground, and screened in “playground area” was really nice extras to have. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Gatlinburg.
