Renta de villas vacacionales en Magliano Sabina

Vi har haft en dejlig påskeferie i Villa White som levede op til alle forventninger. En meget smuk have og masser af plads i huset. Vi var 8 mennesker. Fantastisk udsigt over området fra altanen. Vejret var for koldt til fuldt at nyde poolen, men indretning med området omkring poolen var super hyggelig. Soveværelserne var fine, vi kunne have ønsket os mere sofaplads i stuen og lidt flere fade og service i køkkenet. Dario og Emanuella var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Landskabet i området er meget smukt. Der er mulighed for masser af udflugter i nærområdet med bil, og nemt også at komme til Rom. Vi kan varmt anbefale at holde ferie her.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

siamo stati solo una notte, volevamo visitare Terni e le cascate. Pertanto nella casa siamo stati solo il tempo di posare le valigie e poi la notte per poi ripreparsi il mattino successivo per il check-out. Ad ogni modo riporto: casa ordinatissima con tutto il necessario; bagno pulito e globalmente villa pulitissima. La villetta non è lontana dalla Basilica di San Valentino mentre per raggiungere il centro di Terni, occorre spostarsi con la macchina. Maurizio è davvero disponibile e cordiale, alloggio consigliatissimo 🤠

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. Een prachtige plek. We werden bij aankomst rond 16 uur hartelijk ontvangen door Nicola en haar man Andrea. Doordat het namiddag was kregen we van hen een wijntje en voor dat we het wisten was het middernacht. Een aankomst zoals wij niet eerder meemaakten. Het huis is ruim, mooi, compleet en in perfecte staat. Sta je in de keuken je best te doen een Italiaanse maaltijd te bereiden, dan hoef je niet bang te zijn mis te grijpen: alles is voorhanden en van uitstekende kwaliteit. Het zwembad heeft bijna olympische afmetingen en wordt schitterend omzoomd door glooiende grasvelden die goed zijn onderhouden. De tuin heeft een zodanige omvang dat je iedere dag wel op een ander plekje kunt ontbijten. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je steeds kunt genieten van een ander indrukwekkend uitzicht. We kregen allerhande tips van Nicola, variërend van bezienswaardigheden tot de beste winkels in de buurt. Ons verblijf was er een om nooit te vergeten. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader!

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We will come back next time in Rome for sure ! Thank you Maurizio !!

Giovannis wunderschönes Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen traumhaften Urlaub in Umbrien. Durch die intelligente Bauweise bleiben die Schlafräume, auch ohne Klimaanlage und selbst bei großer Hitze, stets angenehm kühl. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und dennoch optimal für spannende Tagesausflüge in der Gegend. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen: Es ist liebevoll und sehr stilvoll in einem bezaubernden Mix aus Antiquitäten und modernen Stilelementen eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool ist traumhaft schön, völlig uneinsichtig und garantiert erfrischende Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Sowohl Giovanni selbst als auch Paola, die uns in Empfang genommen hat, und Stefano, der sich um den Pool kümmert, sind unglaublich hilfsbereit, sympathisch und proaktiv und haben uns mit zahlreichen wertvollen Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants versorgt. Das gesamte Haus war blitzsauber - zusammengefasst, ein einfach perfekter Urlaub! Vielen Dank!❤️

It’s a nice Villa and the swimming pool is the star of the show, big with 2. 4m depth at one end - so dive in! The house: Everything was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with what you needed. The TV room came in handy in the evenings if the kids wanted a film. Master room was nice and airy, good bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Other rooms well presented, but do get less breeze, so with no AC got a little stuffy at times. The grounds: Great pool! They manage the grounds for mosquitoes, so we were not eaten alive - really helps! Nice entrance drive. Outside eating area was ample - prefer a wider patio for dining but that’s due to other Villas we’ve hired. - it works well. Local: Go to John’s Restaurant, amazing food. Todi is a lovely old city perched up high with some decent restaurants - fairly lively. On-site support: Giovanna and Antonio look after the property and make sure everything is the best it can be. Very grateful for their support throughout our stay. Verdict: 👍

Alles van aankomst tot vertrek is heerlijk verlopen in dit prachtig gerenoveerde huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad dat heerlijk verkoeling bracht tijdens de warmere dagen. Ideale uitvalbasis om bv Rome en Tivoli te bezoeken en achteraf tot rust te komen op het platteland. De tuin is hemels en biedt zoals de advertentie ook beschreef 100% privacy. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Heel sympathieke gastheer en -vrouw Bedankt Alberto en Daniela voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Vi boede to familier i huset med rigeligt plads til stor og små. terassen er værd at fremhæve med sin smukke udsigt. Vi nød poolen og den smukke have på forsiden af huset med endnu en flot terrasse. Køkkenet var mere end fuld udstyret - der var alt man kunne tænke sig. Francesco og familie var meget venlige og hjælpsomme og var svarede på alle vores spørgsmål meget hurtigt. En helt igennem dejlig uge i vidunderligt hus og smukke omgivelser. Området har meget at byde på. Der er rig mulighed for naturoplevelser lige om hjørnet. restaurant og Indkøb ca 3 km. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang. Vores varmeste anbefalinger.

My friends and I had a quite pleasant stay in this house. Samantha is really nice and answers very quickly. The trip went well. The scenery and the view from the swimming pool were astonishing! I'd probably come to the same AirBnB if I were to come back to this part of Italy.

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in Christians wunderschönem Haus und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Der Garten und der saubere, große Pool waren natürlich das Highlight. Alle vier Schlafzimmer haben Moskitonetzte und Klimaanlagen, sodass wir kühl schlafen konnten. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche waren vorhanden. Christian war die ganze Zeit erreichbar und hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Sein Freund Alberto hat uns beim check in empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Er kam auch alle zwei tage, um den Pool zu überprüfen. Das Haus liegt total ruhig in mitten der Natur und ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen (zwar Schotterweg, aber gut zu fahren). Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses schöne Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Fabio sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ist natürlich der Pool, der wunderschön mit Blick auf den Olivenhain liegt aber auch durch die Sonnenschirme ausreichend Schatten bietet. Dass es so viele Bäder und klimatisierte Räume gibt, macht den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und wer das im Urlaub sucht, kann hier den perfekten Urlaub verbringen. Um in ein gutes Restaurant gehen zu können, muss man mit dem Auto fahren. In der näheren Umgebung sind Orvieto und der Bolsenasee sehenswert, aber auch Rom, Siena und Assisi sind für einen Tagesausflug erreichbar, wenn man die Autofahrten in Kauf nimmt. Das Einchecken ist unkompliziert und flexibel.

Bellissima location, calma, privata e pulita. Ottimo host con ottima comunicazione.
