Wir "ZurMelberi" wohnen im Erholungsgebiet "Fränkischen Seenland". Wer es gerne ruhig hat und dennoch schnell die Seenlandschaft erreichen möchte, ist bei uns genau richtig. Unser Dorf gehört zur 7 km entfernten Stadt Spalt. Die klimatisierte DG-Ferienwohnung im Studiodesign ist mit zwei Doppelbetten für max. 4 Personen ab 18 Jahre geeignet. Es führen von uns direkte Wander- (u.a. Jakobsweg) und Radwege ab. Mitbenutzung des Pools ist jederzeit möglich. Eine eigene Terrasse steht zur Verfügung.

But be aware, the apartment is on the 5th floor and has no elevator!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Der Odenwald, aber auch die Metropolen Frankfurt oder die Kulturstadt Heidelberg sind leicht erreichbar. Wer einen Rückzugsort für konzentrierte Arbeit sucht, ist hier ebenfalls richtig. Mitten in einem historischen Anwesen lädt die Terrasse mit Gartenblick zum Verweilen. Die Ausstattung mit Gigabit-Internet eignet sich perfekt für Videokonferenzen.

The comfortably furnished apartment on the upper floor of our two-family house has its own entrance, a wide view of the Kraichgau hills, and a quiet location in a cul-de-sac. The house is powered by solar power and biogas for heating.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Deine Auszeit im schönen Bad Mergentheim beginnt mit einem Blick von der großen Dachterrasse auf die ganze Stadt. Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Fußläufig erreichst du den Kurpark in 5-8 min, die Innenstadt in 15 min. Die Therme Solymar ist ebenfalls perfekt zu fuß zu erreichen, du benötigst ca. 10min.

This spacious, light-flooded 2 ZW on the 1st floor without sloping ceilings is conveniently located between Frankfurt and Darmstadt with fast connections to the A3, A5, A60 and A67 motorways. Frankfurt Airport can be reached in about 13 minutes. From Mörfelden train station, the S-Bahn takes you to Frankfurt Central Station in 20 min. and to the exhibition center in 34 min.

Loft am Geisküppel

Das Loft befindet sich in der Nähe eines Naturschutzgebiets (150m) und liegt in einer Spielstraße. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 850m entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (550m). Neben dieser befindet sich eine Bäckerei. Die Fuldaer Innenstadt ist gut erreichbar (3,1km). Als Ausflugsort eignet sich besonders die Therme "7 Welten" (1,7km).

Gemütlich in die Stadt laufen ohne Parkplatz suche. Zu Fuß zu den Dom Konzerte. Es sind es nur 15-20 Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt oder zur FH. Ideal für Paare, Familien und Gruppen!

Natur pur im Rodensteiner Land

Der malerische Erlenhof liegt in einem der schönsten Täler im Odenwald. Natur pur gibt es rund um den Hof. Zu Fuß, dem Mountain- oder E-bike das Rodensteiner Land erkunden macht einfach Spaß. Für größere Touren bietet sich das Motorrad an. Spektakulär ist ein Gleitschirmflug vom 150 Meter höher gelegenen Startplatz direkt über den Hof.
