Really enjoyed my stay here. Was here for 2 weeks and was really happy with it. I didn’t realise there was no bedroom and it was just a sofa bed but that’s because I didn’t read the listing properly! The sofa bed was still very comfortable and there is enough space for sure. The area was a bit loud at night from teenagers kicking about but I think it must just be because of Easter break. Nice stay otherwise :)

The apartment was perfect for my stay. The location is ideal. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you could need. Everything was communicated very well, and the check in / check out process couldn’t have been easier.

We stayed in the Loft. It was fantastic and cozy fireplace, full kitchen and comfy beds. There is a sweet cat on site always looking for a head scratch and just down the road is a standing stone, sandy (I’ll be it cold lol) beach, and ruins just behind the church. Stunning location and amazing owners. They really care about what they do and are quick with support and enthusiasm for the area. Would happily book this place again and again.

I am just back from staying at Kerry and Tara‘s. I stayed there for four nights and found it to be wonderful with all the amenities you would require. The apartment was really clean , the sofa and bed was very comfortable, hot and powerful shower and overall a bright and warm apartment. Great hosts with excellent communication . I would highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely be booking next year when I return.

Stayed here for work, great place. Very central to the main parts of Kirkwall

Beautiful location for this fantastic flat with views over the harbour and over to Hoy. The additional outdoor space to relax is very welcome and compliments the comfort of the interior. Yuka was a tremendously helpful host but completely unobtrusive meaning the stay felt very private. Outside lights and railings on external stairs provided safety at night. Would highly recommend.

Stayed one night to break up a journey along NC500. Lovely accommodation in a spot close to harbour. Our daughter loved the spacious upstairs bedroom area

Only issue we had was, that we didn’t stay long enough!! We will be returning and staying for much longer!! The cabin was warm, clean, had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, hot tub was nice and hot! View was outstanding! We also loved how private it was. One of our favourite places we have stopped this year!

A great location close to the ferry terminal which was ideal! Very picturesque location with amazing views over the bay and a couple of shops and restaurant in walking distance. The flat was exactly as expected from the description and was perfect for us 🙂

Flat had lovely views over the harbour and in the town centre. Flat was warm inviting and very clean. Host was responsive for any queries- really enjoyed the stay and if up again will definitely book again

We had an outstanding stay at the Steamboat. The flat was clean and perfect. We walked to pick up fish and chips and walked to an amazing Museum from the flat. In the morning we watched all the activity in the harbour. It was a marvelous experience.

Dave's place was roomy, cosy, nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. the kitchen was very well-appointed. There's a manual in the kitchen with instructions for the appliances. When I had a question, Dave responded quickly. Lots of cooking utensils. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and pillows, and plenty of storage. The heaters worked well-there was plenty of hot water. It is a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. The three of us agreed that we would stay there again if the opportunity comes up.

A great place to stay, the apartment is very modern, clean and very warm. There is plenty of allocated parking and is close to all amenities. This is my second stay here and would book again for my next visit.

The flat is a little gem with lots of little added things to make it pretty: pictures, photos, nice curtains etc. When we arrived the electric fire and classic FM were on. A special touch. Super quiet. The view is amazing and it is only 10 minutes walk to Stromness. Super easy to access by car and then travel into the island. Highly recommend.

Bert’s apartment was excellent. It was even better in real life than on the pictures. We had two dogs and a toddler with us and were all very comfortable for the duration of our stay. Bert was an excellent host. Really friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend a stay with him.

Fantastic apartment in brilliant location. It is spacious, warm, clean and has high quality furniture and a lovely bathroom. The hosts provide excellent instructions.

The flat is very well furnished with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. It is in central Kirkwall (but it is very quiet) with easy access to the Cathedral, museum, shops and restaurants. Kirkwall is an excellent centre for exploring everything that Orkney has to offer.

Roadgrip are really grateful to Allison and Sammy. They kindly let us use the home while our operatives where working at Kirkwall Airport. They both were extremely helpful when we needed to extend our accommodation.
