Villa Pehar Studio Delux 4-je studio apartman za dvoje, 23 m2, . Nalazi se u turističkom dijelu Makarske, sa vlastitim parkingom i pogledom na more.. Dovoljno je udaljen od buke i prometa, a dovoljno blizu potrebnim sadržajima. Najbliži restorani i marketi su na 5-10 min pješice, najljepše plaže 10 min, a centar 15-20 min ugodne šetnje uz more, kroz borovu šumu. Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.
