Janey and Jim would like to welcome you to our newly renovated light, comfortable guest suite. It features a newly fitted bathroom suite with a large walk in shower and lovely field views. We are fortunate to be located 2.5 miles from the picturesque sea side village of Hope Cove and 2 miles from popular Salcombe and the south west coast path. The friendly village of Malborough has two fabulous pubs and a Co-op / garage. There is a bus service from the village to Hope Cove and Salcombe.

Unique accommodation in the centre of Kingsbridge

This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Less than 1 mile from the South West coast path and the famous surfing beach at Bantham, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 'Rockpool' sleeps two people in an open plan studio set up. Light and airy accommodation with stunning views across the valley of West Buckland. There is off street parking on a shared drive and the apartment opens onto the shared front garden of the main house.
