The Atelier Settle

The Garden Room at Warren House

The Garden Room at Warren House is a beautiful bijou studio suite with stunning views of Littondale deep in the Yorkshire Dales with lots of walks right on the doorstep. Small but perfectly formed we try to provide everything you need for a relaxing break in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Private parking at the front with an electric point to the side of the house suitable for EV charging (please bring a cable) large secure dog friendly garden to the rear with patio area & picnic table.

The Hayloft - Luxury Bolthole

Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

Luxurious Granny House Bell Busk in Malhamdale

Granny House on the southern edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park is a spacious eco-friendly farmhouse on the old pack horse route from Gargrave to Settle. Step back in time, enjoy great design, a chef's kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, shower and bathroom with pastural panoramic views from every window. Your garden is spacious and pretty, there are often sheep and cows in the surrounding fields. The night sky is dark for star gazing. You will have a piano, a guitar and wifi is super fast.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Old school cottage, Langcliffe, Yorkshire Dales

Old school cottage is a unique holiday home full of charm and character. Its large feature window and double height kitchen area is perfect for socialising. Langcliffe is a quiet,picturesque Dales village just a short walk from Settles pubs and restaurants. It is a popular starting point for walkers visiting the Victoria caves, Malham , 3 peaks , settle loop, 3 different waterfalls and wild swimming spots are all near by. There is a private garden area with views of the village green.

Electric heating throughout. Perfect cosy destination for a relaxing break in the Dales. Wood fired hot tub package available for an additional separate charge. Please ask for information and price sheet if interested in this. Sorry, no facility for charging electric cars.

Swallows Nest was newly opened in Oct '22 and renovated to a very high standard. It is nestled in the quiet hamlet of Thorlby, just a short distance from the market town of Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. Come and take in the stunning views on your doorstep, watch the many garden birds visiting the feeder as you sit and have your morning coffee on the patio. The only thing you can hear is 'quiet'. The hardest thing you will have to do is decide what you want to see or do.

The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

This lovely character stone-built cottage is just a few minutes from all the amenities in Grassington and on the Dalesway. Oak cottage has a modern feel but still retains many original features. This cosy cottage has everything you need to explore the picturesque village of Grassington and the surrounding Yorkshire Dales.
