Insula Luxury Apartment is a modern & stylish apartment located 1.4km from Dubrovnik’s Old Town with a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea & Fortress Lovrijenac. The apartment is 100m² with a 75m² terrace equipped with everything you need to enjoy the summer days. The apartment benefits from a luxuriously furnished open plan living room & kitchen. Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Apartment is on the top floor of stone house and has 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, air con and WiFi. Quests can use terrace, outside grill and summer kitchen. Apartment is well equipped and 5 minutes walking from the sea/beach. Broce village has sea food restaurant but groceries must be purchased in Ston.
