Welcome to the Cozy Corner Cottage, nestled peacefully at the end of Locke Shore Road, overlooking Malpeque Bay. With the cottage just being a 5 min drive from local restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, drug stores, County Fair Mall ,Credit Union Place and hospital, it acts as a home base while you explore our wonderful Island. We are centrally located with easy access from tip to tip. We are a 20 min drive off the Confederation Bridge and a 45 min drive from the Charlottetown Airport.

Located in the heart of beautiful Malpeque overlooking the bay is Anne’s Basin View Cottage. Enjoy privacy and all the amenities of home in this immaculate mini home that features 2 bedrooms - one king bed, one queen bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Full fridge, 2 burner induction stove top, new sleeper sofa in living room, new windows upstairs. All windows have sunblocking curtains and all are rooms equipped with ceiling fans.

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.
