Wonderful little apartment in Kadikoy. Perfect for our 3 night stay.

Sigara içilmeyen temiz bir ev olması benim için önemliydi. Bir başak burcu olarak söylüyorum, temizdi. Konumu da merkezi, hızlı tren ile ulaşım sağlayacaklar kesin tercih etsin. Market, fırın vb çok yakın. Bina da yeniydi, depreme dayanıklılık açısından güven veriyor. Resepsiyon hizmetinin olması ayrı bir tercih sebebi, çıkış yaptıktan sonra eşyalarımı bir süre güvenli şekilde bırakabildim. Yemek yapmadım ama bunu düşünürseniz biraz sıkıntı (tencere imkanı sınırlı) yaşayabilirsiniz. Basit kahvaltı hazırlama, yumurta haşlama vb. yaptım. Kahve makinası yoktu, kahvesiz yapamayanlar yanında getirebilir. Ben moka pot ve kahvemi getirmiştim. İstanbul'a yolum düşünce tekrar tercih edeceğim bir mekan oldu.

Her zamanki gibi çok temiz. Giriş çıkış sorunsuz. Altıyol boğa heykeline, sahil rıhtıma, çarşıya çok yakın. Her şey ayağınızın altında.

Had a great stay at Hakan’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Hakan was very helpful and responsive throughout my trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

A little Gem in Moda. Located right in the Center of Moda, equidistant to anywhere you want to go to in Moda. You will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and any outlet you may think of within a walking distance. Orhun was an excellent host, sent us all what we needed to know ahead of time with very clear instructions. He was quite helpful and accommodating in every sense. The apartment was immaculate and everything was spotless with fresh linen. Extremely well equipped apartment, having literally everything you need for a short or a long stay, and would make you feel right at home. The apartment was well heated, with excellent plumbing and a very practical and well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a hidden gem, that is practical with no frills and lets you discover Moda in every way yet knowing you will come back to a comfortable and homey apartment, I highly recommend Orhun's apartment.

I’ve rented many Airbnb homes over the years, both in Turkey and abroad, but I can confidently say that this was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was absolutely perfect and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing — right in the heart of Kadıköy, close to everything you might need. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the host’s very clear and detailed instructions. The cleanliness was impeccable. Towels, bed linens, and pillowcases were fresh, clean, and smelled great. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — from pots and pans to plates, glasses, and utensils — all of excellent quality. I truly felt at home. The host has thought of every little detail to ensure the comfort and convenience of their guests. Hosts like this are rare to find. I honestly questioned why I had been staying in hotels during all my previous visits to Kadıköy. From now on, this will be my first choice without a doubt.

This was a great stay! The condo is in a quiet street in Yedegirmeni, for those who are familiar it’s such a charming and vibrant neighborhood with tons of cute cafes and local spots within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything I needed for a comfortable stay. As a digital nomad, I especially appreciated the reliable and fast Wi-Fi and the dedicated workspace. The host was also super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient base in Kadıköy, especially if you're planning on working remotely

Sehr zentrale Lage, dennoch ruhig gelegen. Direkt am Meer. Schöne gemütliche Terasse. Gute Ausstattung. Alles sehr sauber. schneller freundlicher Kontakt. Sehr zu empfehlen für kleine Gruppen.

Where does one even begin when everything was just perfect? Oya and Ned are the frendliest and most caring Airbnb hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They welcomed us very warmly, gave us a tour of the flat and explained how everything works and to reach out to them if we had any requests. Ned was very reactive every time we messaged him to ask for recommendations and on the last day Oya made sure a taxi would be waiting for us just outside the house to take us to the airport. What else can I say? Just the perfect stay :)

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch, und die drei Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr groß und fein. Die Küche hat alles, die zwei Badezimmer passen auch wunderbar. die Lage ist super, ruhig, und ein Supermarkt und die Gastrozeile sind in Gehdistanz. im Summe eine super Wohnung!

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful family home! The location is great, and all the amenities are just as described and fully functional. Giorgio and his partners were incredibly responsive, making our trip even better. Overall, our experience was exceptional, thanks to their outstanding customer service and the lovely home. We loved our stay in the apartment, felt like home, great view, friendly host, bus 100 m from apt directly to Hagia Sofia - Grand Bazzar area. Lots of shops, places to eat and life of Istanbul all around the apartment. We had a parking spot assured. Would recommend and re-book it.

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

El departamento de Ugur es como lo que muestran las fotos, amplio y funcional. Los muebles cómodos. La decoración neutra y minimalista. Sábanas y toallas blancas de buena calidad. Los baños con buena presión de agua, aunque falto shampoo y enjuague como se anunciaba. Por suerte el departamento era interno, evitando ruidos y música siendo la estancia muy tranquila. Ubicado a 6 cuadras de la plaza taksim, que te permite ir a todas las atracciones de la ciudad. Gracias Ugur y Omer.
