We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. We had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s place. The coach house is very comfortable and the gardens are stunning, we underestimated how extensive and beautiful they would be. The pool is lovely too. The location is a great place to explore the Cotswolds and we’d recommend booking a table at the local pub for dinner too! Hope we can return one day!

It was calm and peacfu. Easy to walk arround, plenty activty available. Really enjoyed my stay. The roof top make it unique from most airbnb. Just be careful of the duck poo on the grass when open the French window. Little attention is need on that specially if you go with kids. Overall it was a good stay.

A stunning house in a lovely complex. Absolutely perfect for families with kids.

We celebrated a 90th and 58th birthday and a baby announcement so it was a perfect place for a family group of 10. The house was beautiful and met all our expectations and more. Everything we needed was there we only had to take food. The house was in peaceful surroundings with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the basement games room. The swimming pool was not available but looked as though it would be a great on a hot summers day. The cats were very friendly and cute but we had to keep them out of the house so difficult if the weather is hot and you want doors and windows open. All in all it is a beautiful, very large house in peaceful surroundings. Thank you, we loved it.

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Annabel's place is absolutely amazing! Very comfortable and immaculate. We loved the view and exploring the surroundings more than the last time we stayed. Annabel was happy to help with any questions but had provided such good information before arrival that we didn't have any.

Lovely accommodation. Even nicer than pics! Had everything we needed to cook simple meals.

Fantastic place! As hosts ourselves, we're a little fussy but this did not dissapoint. Firstly, the view from the bedroom window was stunning 😍 and the location was perfect - a delightful walk to a historical Roman villa and another lovely walk down to the local pub. Waking up with freshly baked bread, having had a flexible check in, Hugh was very friendly (morning and night when we passed).... but the best part was waking up to the sound of birds and sheep, with views of the rolling Cotswold hills. It is easy to see why this place is so highly rated.
