Our family of four drove down from Connecticut and this place was so beautiful and relaxing after a 22 hour drive. It was exquisitely decorated and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host called us as soon as we arrived to make sure we were satisfied with the place and to give us some great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It is perfectly situated just minutes from the beach, walking distance to several restaurants, drugstores, a Publix, and the pool was just steps from the door. I highly recommend for any family looking for a beach getaway to make amazing memories.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at hundred of Airbnb's and VRBO's. Monica's place is head and ahoulders above . . I also was at Monica's place for approximately one month so I was able to get a better assessment of the property , the area and it amenities as opposed to someone who just stays a weekend .Monica's place exceeded expectations on all points. Her home was spotlessly clean., including kitchen, bathrooms and floors. Bed was super comfortable as was the bedding, and there was extra bedding and many fluffy towels, not to mention other thoughtful touches that she'd provided . There was starter coffee, water and other things just to get your first morning going . Having the front door lock with a combination instead of having to switch for a key was great as well ! The balcony right outside her living room was the place to be for morning coffee or for an afternoon glass of wine watching the sunset . All in all it was a perfect day and I plan to be back soon. !!

Zoya’s place at the Sea Shell was great! We arrived a little early and she helped us check in a little early. Our vehicles didn’t fit in the designated parking spot so she helped us navigate those waters and helped with parking passes. Overall, it was a very clean, convenient location with direct access to the beach. I would happily stay again. Thanks Zoya and Alex!

Despite the fact that the condo building is still recovering from Hurricane Helene (the elevator and pool needed repairs and was not available to us); we still had a wonderful vacation at Samuel's condo! Large and spacious place, very clean, all the comforts of home. The location was perfect...the beach was steps away; restaurants and stores- a short drive. We absolutely loved our stay!

Well, where to start! Firstly, it’s not very often that the pictures and description of a property don’t do it justice. A true pice of paradise. We even survived our first hurricane!! But it wasn’t without the help of hosts, being extremely responsive, helpful and going the extra mile. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The condo was excellent and was exactly as described. Loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to shopping, restaurants and activities. Can’t wait to come back!

El departamento es muy lindo y está muy bien ubicado realmente a pasos de la playa. Muy cerca de negocios y restaurantes. Tiene una vista espectacular a la Marina. Estaba muy limpio y con un kit de recepción (papel, jabón, etc suficiente para nuestra estadía). Tuvimos un problema con la sombrilla que fue resuelto inmediatamente. Lo único que creo que es importante que el aviso mencione claramente es que el segundo dormitorio es interno (no tiene ventana) .

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

I was impressed as soon as I opened the door to Alison’s unit at Boca Ciega Resort. The studio condo was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and updated throughout. The view from the condo was outstanding, overlooking the stunning Boca Ciega Bay. The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. Alison responded promptly when I encountered a minor issue entering the unit. I highly recommend Alison's place and will definitely return.

We really enjoyed staying at Tamas’s place. It was so pleasant and being on the balcony every morning watching the dolphins was so relaxing. We used the pool and hot tub and drove to beaches around the St.Pete area. Tamas took care of any issues we had immediately. We appreciated the vacation time there and would recommend it as the perfect size for one couple.

Post hurricane the setting wasn’t perfect because it was under construction. Dave did a great job to communicate expectations and create clarity. He made sure we had what the listing offered! My son used the kayak all week and I loved being able to bike the island. We had a great week in a cozy setting. Very thankful for his place and our time there. Would stay again.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

Great vacation in a great condo. Matthew was a very responsive host with clear check-in instructions and good communication throughout our stay. Location was perfect for our family - easily walked to the beach in the morning and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. Car rental made it easy to visit local attractions. It is worth noting that the hurricane wrecked all of the bottom units in the complex and all of the central AC units. Matthew had portable AC in the condo, which was listed in the amenities section, but I must have missed when booking so we were surprised to find them. Other than the constant low hum of the units, the air was cool enough and did not have an effect on our enjoyment. Others should note that Madeira Beach is not 100% back from the hurricane but still was a great location for our vacation.

This was our second stay with Tina and we were very pleased that we were able to go back. The condo is ideally situated and has all of the amenities you need. We had a great stay and hope to go back in the near future.

This place was PERFECT! Beautifully decorated to match the beach aesthetic. Literally a one minute walk to the beach! I loved that the place had plenty of towels (both bath and beach), every kitchen utensil and cooking dish you could think of. (We travelled with a teen, a 6 year old and a 10 month old for a week so we cooked a lot.) There was plenty of bedding to use (we enjoyed being able to bring the kids out to the living room and use the pull out sofa for a family movie/game night). There were board games there to use and the biggest plus was the owner was nice enough to allow us to use the accessories he had for the beach at no additional charge. (Beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats). WiFi worked great. AC worked great. Communication was seamless! Told my spouse I couldn’t wait to go back again. Russell and Cindy were incredible to work with. Highly recommend!

This condo was even cuter in person than it was in the photos. It was super clean, safe, spacious, had a gorgeous screened in balcony that looked out over the pool, and was centrally located really close to groceries, restaurants, multiple beaches, and more. We stayed here as a family of 4 and the kids had their own room and bathroom and we had a master with en suite. I saw another review that said there is a little noise from the busy road outside but you really only notice it if you're trying to sleep with the windows open. We originally booked a hotel that ended up being awful so I found this place last minute and they were able to get us in the very next morning. They let us check in early since we were kind of stranded, and walking in was like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this place for 2-4 people!

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

Great place to stay! It was exactly the way a rental place should be. A very clean and comfortable place to stay.
