My family and I had a great stay during our spring break. We had our 3 kids (ages 2, 7, and 12) and they absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Several beaches nearby on Anna Maria Island. We will definitely be back and our kids already want us to plan our next vacay here. Thanks Jen and Brittany 💕

Adorable home with everything you’re going to need for a beach vacation. She really did think of everything. From beach towels and chairs, to laundry detergent and dryer sheets, you really feel like you’re in your own home. The location is a quick 15 minutes to the beach and the neighborhood is very quiet. Lauren was super quick to respond and super accommodating. We definitely recommend this great place to stay!

Our stay was absolutely perfect for my family. We spent so much time in the backyard. It’s the PERFECT PLACE for little ones since there is a huge 8 inch section of the pool. That was a huge bonus since my kids are 1 & 3. The string lights and pool lights are beautiful at night too! The house had literally everything we needed. It’s perfect, spacey, and modern. Beds comfy too. We visited siesta key beach for sunset, it’s about 20 minutes which isn’t too bad. Thank you and I hope to visit again!

The house is amazing and I truly loved staying there. The host was amazing and very responsive. It was so nice that they supplied extra amenities like toilet paper (3 per bathroom), soap(dish and hand soap in each bathroom), paper towels (3 rolls), pool towels (about 8), bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, a beach wagon, 3 beach chairs, and some beach toys. The rental was perfect for two families (4 adults/4 children ages 11-14). The heated pool and hot tub were very clean! The only cons were the master bedroom door to the pool and the bunk room top window did not have a blinds to keep the light out in the mornings, so FYI it can be bright if you like to sleep in. Overall, we had a great stay in this beautiful home and would stay again.

Great spot. Super nice and quiet neighborhood- seemed very residential. Easy 10-20 min drive had you at a few different beaches/ popular restaurants etc. host are very responsive.

We had an amazing week at Scott & Laura’s home. The star of the stay is the back yard and home gym. Other Highlights: Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Washer and dryer. Many TVs. Sun room overlooking the pool. Games. We have two kids under six, and they didn’t mind the December temp of the pool and enjoyed putting their feet in the hot tub. This would be a great stay for a party crowd too! Far-away friend reunion, bachelorette weekend, or getaway with kids; there’s something for every travel type. The tiki bar (and fun tiki drink-ware) pool, hot tub and backyard is a dream. The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

We enjoyed out stay very much. We especially loved the piano where we made some really nice memories.

Location was convenient and house was very clean and well kept. My family would definitely stay here again.

Great place with plenty space a loaded kitchen and lots of beds. They do have a $200 hold on a different site than Airbnb you have to send but overall a great place.

Wonderful vacation! The unit is located on an inlet in Sarasota on the second floor. About a mile or two from downtown Sarasota, 11 minutes from Lido beach and 22 minutes from Siesta Key beach. We enjoyed both beaches but preferred the proximity and low key vibe of Lido beach. Publix and Walmart a mile or less from the unit. Very close proximity to lots of great restaurants and St. Armand’s circle for shopping. The unit was perfect for our family and there are two sleeper sofas in addition to the queen bed located in the master. The saltwater pool is just a short walk. There are two gas grills in the pool area open to the public that we used to grill steaks a night. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need for cooking. We would book this unit again. The host was responsive and provided all information needed for our stay.

The location was great for work, the place had all the amenities that were needed during my stay.

Agata's villa was perfect and she was very responsive when we had a question. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, modern appliances, lanai dining table, the reading lights and comfortable furniture in the living room, the bathtub as well as shower in both bathrooms, the Smart TV (there are three TVs), and the beach and children's equipment in the garage. The complex is lovely, peaceful and private -- a good place to take a walk, swim in the pool, play pickleball with an active group, use the billiards table in the clubhouse, join in on occasional activities such as bingo or trivia. The area is close to grocery shopping, The Legacy Trail for biking, Tamiami Trail and convenient for traveling to area beaches. We plan to go back here again and again. Thank you, Agata!
