Eine schöne Unterkunft für eine Familie. Ugur ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Host, der proaktiv Empfehlungen für Ausflüge macht und immer sehr gut erreichbar ist. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, in denen man locker 6 Personen unterbringen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse und die Umgebung (Spielplatz auf dem Gelände) sind ein großes Plus! Leider ist der Pool 2024 geschlossen. Das Meer ist aber nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt...

Biz konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık.Sadece geleceklere bir uyarım var diğer yazlıklar çok yakın olduğu için biraz sesli konuşursanız çevre rahatsız olabiliyor bir kere uyarmak için geldiler.Onun dışında her şey çok iyiydi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

I have been to Side many times but staying in this stone house in the ancient city was a wonderful experience. Located right in the middle of the ancient city, when you look through the bay window you can see Apollo on the right and the sea on the left. All the needs in the house were meticulously considered. There were all the facilities to cook your own meals, even spices and sauces. When we arrived there, Mr. Süleyman immediately offered water and mineral water, which was a small but very kind act of kindness. He was also always very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommended. Thank you for everything.

We had a comfortable stay here. All necessary household items were present and usable. All necessary baby items were present. The sea was on a walking distance of 2-3 minutes. The beach nearby is beautiful (mainly sand with pebbles). The view of the balcony on the second floor is excellent, we had our breakfast there with the sea view. We had very relaxing and well-rested evenings thanks to the calm neighborhood. Thank you Emrah for providing a comfortable place for us and our baby. This made our holiday more enjoyable.

Güzel ve huzurlu tatil oldu. Ev sahibipleri çok ilgili ve nazik insanlar. Ev havuz ve özellikle yeşil bahçesi harikaydı. havuzun temizliği aksatmadan yapıldı bahçe bakımı da, hayran kaldım. mangal olanağı da var, hiç kaçırmadım :))). Bölgedeki halk plajları gerçekten çok güzel, hiç kalabalık olmuyor, gölkeliklerlerde yer sıkıntısı veya şezlong sıkıntısı hiç yaşamadık. Deniz suyu tertemiz. sabah erken saatlerde gidilirse denizde dalga da olmuyor. Güzel bir tatildi.

Die Lage des Apartments war einfach hervorragend – zentral und dennoch ruhig, perfekt für Erkundungen. Die Wohnung selbst war äußerst sauber und gepflegt, was meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die familiäre Atmosphäre, die das Gefühl von Zuhause vermittelte. Onur, der Gastgeber, war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat sich jederzeit um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Ich kann dieses Apartment nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Herşey belirtildiği gibi . Evin konumu harika , plajda siteye ait olan bölme mevcut . Eşyalar eski de olsa sade ve düzenliydi . Murat Bey her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ve erken geri dönüşler aldım . Evden çıktıktan sonra bile aynı misafirlerlik ve anlayışla karşılaştım. Genel olarak , Side'yi tekrar tercih etme durumunda tereddüt etmeden Murat Bey ile iletişime geçebilirim :) Her şey için teşekkürler.

Genel olarak bu Airbnb çok iyiydi. Daire çok temiz, özellikle havuzlu bahçe gerçekten harika. Ancak, mutfağın maalesef fazla donanımlı olmadığını belirtmek gerekir, ama bu daha çok önemsiz bir ayrıntı. Araba kiralamıştık ve bu bizim için kurtarıcı oldu. Yakınlarda Migros ve Carrefour olmasına rağmen, plajlar biraz uzak. Bu Airbnb'nin çevresi tatil villalarıyla dolu, bu yüzden akşamları Serik, Belek veya Side/Manavgat gitmek için ideal yerler. Ancak, gün boyu neredeyse hep havuzdaydık ve elbette gece boyunca hep huzur içindeydik. Can gerçekten harika bir adam, saniyeler içinde cevap veriyor ve çok yardımcı oluyor. Sorunlar veya istekler olduğunda, örneğin son günün akşamı havuz saatleri dışında yüzmek istediğimizde, bu isteğimizi hemen kabul etti.

Harika bir konaklamaydı. Balkon çok keyifli. İhtiyacınız olabilecek her imkan mevcut. İnternet bağlantısı gayet iyiydi. Yaşar Bey de çok ilgili ve yardımcı biri, anında geri dönüş yapıyor. Temizlik konusunda da hiç bir sıkıntı yoktu. Memnun kaldım.

Dilek hanıma çok teşekkür ediyorum. Evde her şey dört dörtlüktü kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Uzun uzun yazmaya gerek yok bence. Deneyimledikten sonra herkesin 5 yıldız vereceğine eminim. İyi çalışmalar diliyorum

Saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allerlei Extras, die den Urlaub angenehm gestalten. Von fertigen Eiswürfeln über die Kühlbox für den Strand, an alles war gedacht. Super war auch die Kommunikation mit Ronald und die professionelle Zusammenstellung aller notwendigen Infos zur Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Batterie unseres Mietwagens und Ronalds Kontakt (u.a. deutschsprachig) vorort, hat uns blitzschnell geholfen. Danke dafür! Diese Unterkunft können wir unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

The place is in very good location in centre of Belek restaurant and shops is very close -walking distance .apartment is clean and safe . Staff is very friendly and very helpful We enjoyed the stay We came very late at night time and ibrahim ordered food for us because we cannot use our phones in Turkey thank you for amazing service in your residence .pool is clean and very good in hot days .

I would recommend Belka Golf for family Holliday . Villa locates in 2 walking distance from Belek town centre. Nice swimming pool and rooms. Ours had quite spacious lounge area so everyone could spend time together. Majority of staff can speak English and everyone is very friendly and willing to help. There is no cleaning provided and I’d suggest to bring additional towels same as all necessities supply.

This place was wonderful and peaceful, the host mustapha was always helpful and we couldnt have wished for a better stay. :-)
