This was the perfect house for our needs. We were visiting our daughter who attends a local University for Easter. Renauld's place was big enough to accommodate our family, and made a great hangout spot to connect with our daughter and a couple of her friends. The kitchen made for easy home cooked meals. The large living spaces made for great areas to play games. The walkable neighborhood, easy parking and conveniently located stores was also great. All in all we throughly enjoyed having this space to stow away and connect as a family. Thank you Renauld!

We were only able to stay one night at Enmanuel's place, but our list is all pros, no cons! Enmanuel had Uber eats deliver coffee pods when we told him their weren't any. I live in NYC and so parking, neighborhood safety, and noise level was all good and nothing to complain about! We were loathe to leave in the morning, but we went to Philadelphia to sightsee, not to hang out in a unique and very clean Airbnb. Thank you, Enmanuel for providing this place.

Perfect stay for a family with children. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Walkable distance to all major museums and attractions. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook.Whole Foods store is nearby for groceries. Kids loved toys & books that the hosts kindly left in the house. Overall, a wonderful, thought through, comfortable home. We absolutely loved every aspect of it. Thank you Meghan & Tim!

House was in a wonderful location. Enjoyed the easy access to trail system along the river. House was well set up and very clean.

I absolutely loved my stay at this lovely home full of character, surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. This home is very clean and well maintained, the sauna is AMAZING, Ethan is very responsive and friendly, and just a few short blocks away are restaurants, shops, and a historic movie theater. I loved every single thing about this cozy home. Do try to catch a movie at the theater if you can, I loved it.

The home was immaculate and well worth it. It was designed with everything in mind. The hosts were extremely responsive.

Incredible place to stay once again. Especially enjoyable now that we’ve had warmer weather they have a beautiful backyard.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

It was hard to get in at first, but the keypad was eventually fixed plus there was another entry i could have used and didn't khow

We had a nice stay at the property for a family occasion nearby. We needed a lot of beds for the adult children that joined, which the place provided. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out, lots of TVs and eclectic furnishings. I regret we were not there in the summer season to enjoy the pool and deck area which we imagine are lovely when set up.

NIce apartment in a quiet area with plenty of parking. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely recommend.

The location was awesome it was quiet and safe. We found parking out front and decided to Uber because the parking was tight at the location we wanted to visit. It bright in the morning but she left eye pads and earplugs I didn’t realize I needed for my boyfriend’s snoring. I would definitely stay again it was a great experience.

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Susan and Emily were fantastic hosts. Excellent response time, and provided great information and recommendations. Our pup loved the fenced yard and all of the hiking and walking areas nearby. We highly recommend the cottage, especially for those with furry friends, and look forward to returning sometime.

Convenient location for Philly at the end of a cul de sac. Helpful hosts. Cozy place -good for a base to explore from. Nice house decorations too.

Anna's home was GREAT! It more than fit my needs and was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful during my stay. There are no surprises with this rental property as the owners do a wonderful job describing it accurately and providing current pictures that are reflective of the property and surroundings. If you need a place to stay in this area, do not hesitate as I do not see where anyone would be disappointed. Thank you so much for my stay!

Very homey in a quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen made it very easy to cook. Comfortable rooms. Spacious and airy. Good WiFi. It was a perfect stay for myself, my kid and my dog. Decent street parking. It was perfect. Highly recommend.

Barbara went above and beyond! Super helpful and responsive. While the property is pretty in the winter, it would be amazing in bloom. Inside, we had everything we needed for our month stay.
