The unit was perfect for our little “slice of life” experience in Japan. Mari was super helpful for providing extremely detailed check in instructions and how to find the place. The place was very cozy for 2 people and had everything we needed. I really enjoyed the hot water and the comfy linens on the bed. I really appreciated all the drying hooks for when we did laundry (washer is on the front porch). Everything was clean upon arrival and 2 L of water was provided by the host. She was very responsive and attentive, I felt relaxed staying at this place. It is about 12 minutes to Manazuru station making this convenient to explore other areas like Odawara and Hakone. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

J'ai adoré ! Il ne s'agit pas d'un airbnb basique, sans âme. Ici, on sent le soin apporté à chaque petit détail pour accueillir les voyageurs. Tout était charmant. L'appartement est bien plus grand que ce qu'on peut voir sur les photos ! Calme, à deux pas de la gare, très propre. La communication avec Kazuhiko a été très facile.

Jun was very prompt and accommodating. Thankfully he allowed us to store luggage before check in cos there were zero lockers available at Odawara station and so many tourists were scrambling. The flat was much bigger than our Airbnb in Tokyo and we had lots of floor space to open our luggages. I appreciated sweet touches like the lighted bulbs at the stairs to the entrance at night and magic pens for our kid to entertain herself. Note that this flat is on level 2 on a narrow metal stairway.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sea—it’s the perfect spot to relax. The living room is very spacious and comfortable, with a great TV for entertainment. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, which was super convenient. Parking is available right next to the house, which made things even easier. One thing to note: if you’re taller than 1.80m (5’11”), be mindful of the low door frames—it’s more suited for shorter individuals. However, this was a small detail compared to the overall experience. The balcony and the sea view truly made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

年越しで5日間お世話になりました！ 4歳の娘もいたのですが、ステップ台があったり、子供用の食器があったり、お庭にはトランポリン、ボール、ブランコ、バドミントンがあったりと、暇になることなく家族で楽しめました！ 両親も一緒でしたが寝室も２階に２部屋あるので、睡眠空間も快適でした！ お庭には柑橘類がたくさん実っていて、みかん狩り～と楽しく取らせてもらい美味しく頂きました😋 ありがとうございました！

We had a wonderful stay at Yuki’s beautiful home in Odawara. Very comfortable and clean. Loads of space and very close to the beach for some chill time. Yuki was incredibly helpful organising a last minute taxi to another prefecture for my husband and was very helpful with recommendations around the neighbourhood. Thank you so much Yuki. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Odawara.

Traditional Japanese house with great location!

2階のリビングは写真通り素晴らしい眺めと開放感があり、70代の両親含め家族全員おぉ〜と喜んでいました！ あんなに眺めのいいキッチンだったら毎日ご機嫌で料理します。笑 上質な食器や家具も贅沢気分が味わえました。 一泊の利用でしたが1日目は雨天で2日目は晴れだったので、晴天の感動はひとしおでした。 キッチンお風呂トイレなど水回りは非常に清潔でとても気持ちが良かったです。 お風呂は広くて床が柔らかいので1歳の子供にも安心で、近くの温泉に行かなくても満足できました！ 施設やロケーションが素晴らしく、ホストの方のメッセージも的確で迅速で、とても印象に残るいい思い出になりました。 ありがとうございました！

Notre séjour a été agréable. La maison est très jolie, dans une ambiance traditionnelle. L’hôte a été très réactif tout au long du séjour. La maison est bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien.

Необыкновенно красивый дом в живописном месте! Это то чувство, когда отдыхаешь душой. С балкона открывается чудесный вид. Дом был чистый, большой и теплый, с красивым дизайном. Хозяин всегда был на связи, очень дружелюбный. Спасибо! Хочется вернуться снова и снова!

房子很大，有很多空間可以使用，還有電動可以玩，乾淨舒適，離車站很近，有機會會再來住

綺麗で気持ちの良い部屋でした。中心部からも近く便利です。

Akiko是一位非常善良的女士. 我们因为行程到达的很早, 又拿了很多行李不方便行走. 在我入住当天给akiko打电话说明情况后, akiko非常愿意帮我们安排提前放行李进房间, 帮我们解决了很大的问题. 房间在一个特别特别可爱的淡粉色小楼里, 距离美丽的海滩只有一条很小的马路, 从房间内的窗户可以直接看到绝佳的景色, 房子楼下就拥有数一数二美丽的风景. 并且距离地铁站步行只要8分钟. 唯一的不足之处是没有电梯, 搬运行李需要走楼梯. 但是这绝对是值得的! 未来以后再来这个地方我一定还会预定这个房间的!非常推荐!

伊東でのダイビングの後に宿泊しました。オーナーが建築家でいらして、設計・デザインを手掛けられたとのことで、広々としたおしゃれな部屋でした。シャワーのみだったので、可能であればお風呂もあると疲れが癒やされて良いと思います。

Very good place to stay! The beach is just a short 5 minute walk which we very much enjoyed. The view from the balcony is great. Not a whole lot of places to eat nearby but there is a full kitchen to cook with. We also stayed during typhoon and host was very responsive and let us stay an extra day as the trains were suspended.
