Newly remodeled cottage across the street from a quiet Lake Michigan public beach and has waterfront on Bar Lake, a shallow fishing lake. The view is nice but most people don't swim in Bar Lake because of the weeds. It is 5 minutes from downtown Manistee, 15 to Onekama, 25 to Arcadia Bluff golf, 50 to Sleeping Bear. Cottage has 3 bedrooms, two newly remodeled full baths, deck and air conditioning. There is a public path to Lake Michigan across the street from the house-great for swimming.
