Everything was exactly as described. Wonderful little place. The available off street parking was a huge bonus. Ty & Grace were great hosts & we were surprised with snacks when we arrived. Glad we found their place!!

Kyle was a very responsive and helpful host and arranged for me to check out an hour later which was valuable. He stayed in touch through the stay. The apartment is clean and quiet and convenient to north campus. The kitchen has basic amenities. Mattresses are very comfortable. If I have to go stay in Ann Arbor I would stay here again. 5 min drive to engineering/art/music buildings and 10min drive to central campus. Can’t beat the location.

Very nice spot. Everything was clean and looked liked the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook. The area is beautiful and friendly. In walking distance to restaurants etc. The deck is a beautiful. It was to cold for me to utilize it. But definitely a spot to sit back and read a nice book. It was a great stay.

Roomy apartment on the side of a house. It was an easy drive out of Dexter and we enjoyed the peacefulness.

This place was everything we needed!!! The location was perfect because it was so close to the Waterloo Hunt Club for our horse show. The inside is recently updated and has everything it listed, even a keurig! This home is on the water and give you assess to the dock for fishing, has a fire pit, beautiful patio and a great grill-eating area including a large picnic table. The 1.5 bathrooms was nice when we were all getting ready in the morning. It’s a quiet area so easy ins and outs. Just overall excellent and so comfortable! Will come back for sure when we have our next horse show!

This was our second stay and it was delightful to return. Everything is laid out so well, the bed is so comfortable and we felt right at home. Thanks for hosting us again!

Cecilia is a responsive, helpful, gracious host, and her accommodation is the finest I have enjoyed in Hillsdale. The townhouse is not only lovely and beautifully appointed, but also spotless. This is our second home when we visit our son at school!! Perfect location and we know what we are getting!! This has been an amazing place for our family to stay!

This home is beautiful and pristine. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, on a hill above Winona Lake. You can watch the meandering water, the water birds, deer, and other wildlife and feel the peace of this home. We’ve been lucky to stay here twice while our daughter attends Hillsdale College, and have 2 more booking for the near future. It’s our hands down favorite home away from home.

I’d highly recommend this AirBnB. Very solid cozy spot. Had a nice at home feeling.

2nd stay with this host and they never disappoint!

We enjoyed this location. We were able to walk to a local coffee shop (Roos Roast) and restaurant (Fraser’s Pub), which was really nice. We picked this place because of the fenced in yard and accommodating our two small dogs. In addition to the home, there is a nice little dog park nearby. The home is nicely updated but still has some older charm. The house is small yet spacious where it counts. There were linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and extra blankets. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would come back again when we are in A2.

This was a delightful place and we'd definitely try to stay there again! The hosts were so nice. We had a few questions and we got a rapid, helpful response each time. The place was very neat and clean; the beds were nice and firm. It was very convenient to get to the UMich campus and downtown Ann Arbor. Thank you for sharing your home!

This is a quite off the beaten path apartment with a nice balcony friendly neighborhood/people will absolutely be staying at this location in the future!!

Wonderful location, right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is as described and as shown on the pictures, and is very comfortable. The bedroom is in the back so it is extremely quiet. We didn’t use the rooftop but it has great views and is a very nice addition to this apartment. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and clean for our family. There was a nice park close by for the kids to play. Would definitely consider staying again.
