We were two retired couples who rented the apartment for 3 nights. Very pleased. Walk-able location in Little Current, on the main street. Great views of waterway, bridge, and sunrise from the comfortable balcony. The apartment was as shown in pictures and as described. Chris was very helpful. Instructions for parking, entrance, and use were clear. With central location and over businesses, over night noise could be an issue. Sound generators were provided in the bedrooms. Beds and linens/blankets were comfortable as were living room furnishings. Loft bedroom wasn't used, note that ceiling height is limited beyond the centre of the room, as in the pictures. Bathroom very nicely renovated, hot water and towels great. Kitchen was well equipped for utensils and pots and pans. Bring you own condiments, spices, and tea/coffee for the kettle and basket coffee maker provided. Note that access stairs are steep and internet was slow. TV not 4K and sometimes had to wait to spool the feed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Williamina's. A remote, peaceful cabin surrounded by nature. It's around a 10 minute drive to the nearest lakefront and a little further to reach Gore Bay and other towns. Williamina was very welcoming and generous with the breakfast goods she kindly left and gave lots of advice on Manitoulin Island too. If you're looking for a peaceful stay, in beautiful surroundings, I'd highly recommend Williamina's.

everything was beyond expectations. fireplace was lit prior to arrival. kitchen had all the basics (salt,pepper, olive oil, coffee filters w/coffee maker & French press!, copper pots, ceramic pan, nice knives and cutting boards!)...I am already planning my next vacation days off to spend here

What a beautiful cabin in an inspiring location! We stayed in the Boathouse in January and the view of the snow covered lake through the windows was incredible. Snuggled on the couch beside the fireplace with coffee in hand was the perfect spot to watch a winter sunrise. It was a great space for a couple. There was lots of room to spread out in the living room and dining area, a king size bed in the bedroom and large kitchen to prep our meals in. The couch and chairs were comfy (super important to have comfortable seating) and the deck was partially covered (super important to have an outdoor space you can be in even in the rain, in the summer of course). These are 2 things we always look for when booking a stay. The driveway was plowed upon our arrival, steps and entrance sanded and shovelled off. I can only imagine this space in the summer and fall!!! Thanks so much for sharing your gorgeous slice of heaven with us.

We loved our stay at the Coach House, a high point on our tour road trip around Georgian Bay. It was cosy and comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped. We had beautiful weather and the small private deck was perfect for having breakfast and dinner watching sand hill cranes grazing in the neighbouring fields! It was great spot for birdwatching! Mindemoya is a central location for exploring Manatoulin and has a good-sized grocery store. A short walk across the road from Twin Peaks takes you to the lake. Leslie was very welcoming and we would love to stay again soon.

Having stayed at multiple airbnbs around the world, Jane’s cabin feels like the edge of it. This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed, and it’s true about the good energy here. We can’t wait to come back and spend time here again. We travelled with our two month old, and we’re so great full that she got to experience this place. If you’re worried about the outdoor bathroom, don’t be; it’s squeaky clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and the fresh herbs in the garden were amazing. We stayed for 4 nights, and Jane was one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever stayed with. Thank you for everything Jane.

Great place if you looking to get away from the buzz! Very peaceful location with clean lake access and kayak. George was great with communication and recommendations. He even kept us posted on Northern light probability!

Came in October. The instructions on how to find the A frame cabin were clear. It was a bit tricky to find but thankfully Jen’s instructions led us straight there without getting lost. Check in was super easy as we arrived just as it was getting dark. We woke to a beautiful vista right on the water. Everything around the cabin was serene and quiet. No loud neighbor or kids in the vicinity. Very private with own beach and kayaking included. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. Bedding was supplied, mattresses were very firm but comfortable. Cabin itself was extremely spacious with huge windows and large back deck. Dining table inside and outside. Even a screened dining area close to the water in addition. Sandy area for a game of horseshoes, fire pit, new BBQ with utensils and plenty of parking. We had a wonderful peaceful experience and hoping to come back when the water is a bit warmer. Price was one of the best on the island for this season! Thank you Jen!
