Nestled in beautiful native trees, our self-contained, freshly renovated downstairs studio is private with a separate entrance, large deck, undercover parking, kitchen (cooking facilities, fridge etc.) & bathroom. A short walk to the charming Titirangi village, with its cafes, art gallery & shops. We love sharing our home with guests & we have travelled extensively around N.Z & the world. Please enjoy our beautiful space in a grand old house in Mangere Bridge 10 mins from Auckland Airport. The room is very private and has its own external door and ensuite (enjoy the high pressured luxury rain shower) which cannot be accessed by the main house or suite 1. The bedroom has a kitchenette (microwave/bar fridge), dining table and queen bed (there is no kitchen sink). The room has a flat screen tv with netflix Please do not book our suite if you intend to smoke or vape.

We are located perfectly for access to Auckland’s West Coast beaches and the Waitakere Regional Park with its spectacular hills and forests and delightful Titirangi Village. Central Auckland is only 25 mins drive away. The Punga studio is small, but with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
