La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Casina di montagna veramente curata, calda e con tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla e con possibilità di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

We are a family of four (kids aged 6 and 5) and spent a week in July at Massimo’s place. It was wonderful, set in the peaceful northern part of Tuscany. The location is perfect, with walking trails, mountain views, lakes, and charming small villages nearby. Major attractions like Lucca, Pisa, and Viareggio are also within reach. The village itself has a delightful ice cream shop, a small store, and a wonderful restaurant. The place had everything we needed and remained cool despite not having air conditioning. The pool and garden were fantastic, and our kids never wanted to leave. Massimo is a wonderful host. Although he speaks almost no English and we speak no Italian, he welcomed us with ham, cheese, and his homemade wine, and we had a wonderful evening together. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked fridge, including wine and prosecco. We definitely recommend Massimo’s place and had a great time. Thank you.

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Casa veramente molto comoda, ordinata e completa di ogni comfort. La pulizia dell’appartamento all’arrivo è stata impeccabile e un altro aspetto molto importante da considerare è il parcheggio riservato in grado di ospitare anche auto di notevole lunghezza. Elisa è un host molto reattiva nelle risposte e che ha curato ogni particolare del nostro soggiorno sin da prima dell’arrivo. Molto consigliata!

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa fin da subito! Il giardino è stato il paradiso per il nostro cane e la tranquillità del luogo.. un paradiso per noi! La villa è dotata di ogni comfort ed immersa nella natura pur essendo facilmente accessibile dalla strada principale, che tuttavia non dà nessun disturbo dato il poco passaggio di auto. Host gentile e prontamente disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Super consigliato!

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bologna and our accommodation was perfect - great decor, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. The location is superb, just off Piazza Maggiore and everything worth seeing is walkable from the apartment. Excellent place!

Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

The residence is in a clean, quiet, and safe neighbourhood, with decent parking outside and a tight parking space inside (be careful if you're driving a large vehicle) which is gated. Neighbours are respectful and the street is lined up with trees, with a school at the back although you barely hear them. Medicina is an excellent location to drive to different places in the Reggio Emilia region, especially towards the coast & around 40 mins from Bologna airport. You can do a few good runs in the area with lovely countryside not too far away - just be wary of the cars on Via Sillaro when running. There's a lovely bedroom upstairs but we didn't use it as we used the two bedrooms adjacent to each other. The place was spotless and excellently kept (I believe it had a recent renovation too). The beds are great too, with highly comfortable mattresses and pillows. We spent 5 nights and are highly appreciative of the lovely experience, including from the host (Diana) herself.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war der Parkplatz an der Unterkunft und der schöne kleine Garten, indem man sich vom Sightseeing erholen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

siamo arrivati facilmente seguendo le precise indicazioni di Giacomo e abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui andavamo in cerca, natura silenzio e relax! non in secondo piano la struttura che offriva tutti gli spazi abitativi descritti dall'host. Consiglio vivamente a chi "vuole staccare la spina". Ottime anche le trattorie nel territorio.

Siamo rimasti una sola notte, appartamento spazioso e molto pulito; abbiamo cenato con prodotti fatti da loro buonissimi; ottima accoglienza e disponibilità, ci torneremo sicuramente

Eine äußerst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die das echte Italien lieben. Extrem sympathische, hilfreiche Gastgeber, authentisches, großes Haus, vorbildliche Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage in der Po-Ebene (allerdings: Auto sehr empfohlen!!!), viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, familienfreundlich große, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, haustierfreundlich. Fantastisch! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Tutto perfetto! La casa è molto bella e anche ben arredata! Unica piccola pecca (che per alcuni può essere anche un pregio) il telefono non prende in casa e non c’era un wifi.

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation is in great condition, very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for nature lovers, with beautiful landscapes and plenty of outdoor activities. The host, Claudio, is exceptional, very welcoming and attentive to every detail.
