Loved this chalet! Hamid is super responsive, always received an answer in less than an hour. He made sure our stay goes smoothly. Samaya is great, heard all sort of stories about Pools not open and not clean. Only one pool out of the 5 was closed and all were cleaned daily. Restaurants, groceries, activities, daily "plat du jour" are all a step away. we'll miss Darseen! Kids had a blast, swimming playing Basket and making new friends! Definitely will consider again!!

I had a great stay at Natasha’s apartment. Everything was as described and the whole check-in and check-out process was super smooth. I messed up my arrival date due to time difference and booked a day earlier and Natasha proactively refunded me for the extra night ! Many thanks Natasha and the check-in team at the reception. Our stay was perfect. The place is spacious and ideal for relaxing. We did a barbecue in the garden and spent a cozy afternoon. We changed the setting of the outdoor chairs to how we wanted. Nicole's parents were quickly responsive and provided us with everything we needed during out stay. Very clean, spacious, welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend!
