Eco Studio Retreat Maraetotara Valley

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

Cabin life in the country

2 cabins side by side with a forever changing view. Peace and quiet in the country to relax and unwind with family or friends. Each cabin is identical with a queen size bed, fridge, microwave and tv. There’s a spa pool between the 2 cabins. A bbq to cook your dinner on. The ablution block consists of a shower and toilet which is 10 metres away from the cabins . Attached is an outside sink to wash any dishes. There’s also a gym to use which is free to guests.

Hindsight B&B is a brand new three bedroom home. Located over a stunning rural landscape in Tikokino, Central Hawkes Bay. Our B&B is styled with up market, boutique homewares including luxury designer linen. We are located 35 minutes from Hastings and 50 minutes from Napier. A quiet, relaxing self contained unit separate from the main house, located on the edge of Waipawa. Enjoy a drink on the deck looking out over the garden and listen to the birdsong. It's just a 10 minute walk to the shops, cafes, theatre and is handy to the cycle trails of Central Hawkes Bay. The beaches and Ruahine Ranges are not far away and it's only a 30 - 40 minute drive to Hastings or Napier.

Large lounge with fireplace. Covered parking is available. Alan is happy to share the 70 acre farm, forest and gardens and lives in the nearby house.
