If you want to enjoy backwater stay,this is the place to spend it with Family. It's very well maintained house even though it's built in early 2000's(not sure), it needs lot of time to maintain this big house. My kids and spouse enjoyed it away from your city traffic, I recommend for a people who have their 4 wheeler if you neeed to reach in the night. Google will show some short cut which is very narrow to reach upto main road. Explore the place, we enjoyed it.

Enjoy the sunset and have a great time with all the activities. Try out kayaking and canoeing the next morning, the host will suggest the best places and he will take care of everything. Very happy to have been one of the first airbnb guests here! Spent two days in this apartment and found it extremely comfy and well equipped. The hall and bedroom are spacious, with stylish and well-lit interiors. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, with good quality utensils, cutlery and appliances, making it perfect for an extended stay. The property manager, Dr Neethu, who stays close to the apartment, greeted us warmly upon our arrival and was available to answer all concerns over call and in-person during our stay. The apartment’s central location is particularly convenient - just a 10 min walk from the boat jetty and the nearest metro station - yet sufficiently distant from the noisy bustle of the city. Perfect for tourists seeking a convenient spot in Ernakulam as well as for those looking for a relaxing stay indoors!

Maya was the best host we had during our trip across all the stays. She made our check-in process incredibly smooth. The house was simple, beautiful, and impeccably clean—honestly, it looked even better in person. She went out of her way to guide us on where to go and how to travel around Kochi. The best part? She had stocked plenty of snacks for us, and we enjoyed them without any hesitation!

Every room has its balcony to enjoy it. The location at the waterfront is very nice of course. One gets around easiest with cars, auto rikshaw.
