This is a great property in a fantastic location. Really central easy to get to beaches and towns. Claire and her family were very helpful and always responsive. We will definitely use again.

Our first air b&b experience as a family of 4 (2 kids age 7&10) and it has definitely set a high standard! We arrived to Cornwall on the wettest day - not what we imagined! But as soon as we stepped in the cottage it felt like a holiday straight away. We headed to the shop (10 second walk) for logs and fired up the log burner, found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook dinner and had a board game and movie night! We were blessed with sunshine for the rest of the stay so headed to beaches for surf lessons and horseriding - the cottage is such a great location and close to plenty of gorgeous beaches. We found a play park behind the cottage near the village hall which the girls enjoyed very much. The cottage is tastefully decorated, plenty of clothes storage for a short stay and the beds are so comfy!! Hot tub is a great addition - we would have loved to have stayed longer to enjoy this more as we only had time to get in once. We will definitely return in future.

Absolutely lovely accommodation with stunning views of the lake. Lots of activities that are easy to book on site. Spotlessly clean and everything you would need for a short stay. The on site wardens make you feel at ease in case you had any issues or questions. The instructions to find the site were spot on and checking in and out was made simple. The only issue is the nearest towns are not within walking distance so needing to drive is essential to go and see anything. But overall a great stay!

Lovely cottage in a stunning location. Excellent hosting, nice welcome treat (thanks!). The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, we catered in and didn't eat out at all. The lounge is comfortable but sadly the weather was far too warm to justify lighting the log burner! Wifi was great, we streamed a film one evening without issue. The location is incredible, loads of walks directly from the door, including up to castle ruins just at the top of the hill. To be able to stomp up the hill to the prehistoric stones and watch the sun set over the sea, then stroll back down at dusk to sit in the hot tub and watch the stars come out, was truly magical.

Beautiful accommodation just like in the pictures. So dreamy and the hot tub is the cherry on the top! Overall a lovely stay with great hosts. Just make sure to buy enough firewood, the house is a little bit cold in spring (which is normal for an older building). I would definitely come back anytime! Thanks Beckie & Vince!

Lovely cottage, good location, great amenities with the use hot tub, outside hot shower and hose, ample of garden seating areas, fire pit is awesome and a garden BBQ and swing, I also thought the ping pong concept is really useful and fun. Bed lining was impressive hotel quality. Nice touch on the coffee pods, biscuits and doggy towel, bowls biscuits etc. only slight downside (and I knew this from booking) is the garden isn’t really toddler friendly, it’s by all means very functional but just be mindful of small feet.

We loved our stay at bumblebee cottage. It was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the attention to detail and was very thankful for the welcome pack. The hot tub is private and a great size for relaxing. Tracy our host was very communicative, friendly and at hand for any questions. We will definitely be returning. Our children loved it that much they asked if we could move in.

We really enjoyed our stay and our accommodation was perfect. I have a long list of what was great! 1. Parking outside the house - great for unloading 2. Doggy friendly 3. Secure garden for dogs 4. Great outdoor space with covered area for food prep and a bbq. Outdoor fire, table and chairs. Really pretty garden, which we found lovely to relax with a drink after some lovely long walks! 5. The coastal path is literally 2 mins away from the house! The coastal paths are stunning! 6. Short walk into St Agnes, which has some really lovely restaurants. We went to 3 different ones during our stay and the food was delicious and the staff were super friendly. Great for vegan food also, loads of choice! I must say the vegan Cornish pasties, bread and carrot cake were delicious! 7. The house was clean, and the bed was comfy. Great books on bookshelf. 8. Lovely indoor wood burner Kate left us some Prosecco, fresh bread and butter in the fridge! Highly recommend!

We vonden het fijn op deze locatie. Het is er rustig. Gelegen naast een treinspoor, waar we geen last van hadden. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving. We genoten ervan.

Had a great stay, lovely area, accommodation was perfect for us, would consider it again when visiting our favourite part of the world. Plus perfect host.

We had a wonderful few days in Cornwall. Walking, exploring and attending a family wedding. The cottage at Talskiddy was everything we expected and more. Quiet, peaceful, cosy and comfy. Excellent amenities and a perfect base to explore Cornwall from.

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. We enjoyed five nights here (which felt like two!), and spent our time walking to the local beaches and enjoying the sunsets.

We had a lovely stay at Jess's place and as a family of 4 with 2 dogs, the cottage had lots of space and is in a very peaceful location. The cottage is dog friendly with an enclosed back garden. If we are in the area again, we'd definitely re-book.

We had a fantastic time at Jenny’s lovely cottage! Jenny is kind and helpful, and communicated throughout to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the garden and location is a little peace of heaven. Small mishap with the cleaning at arrival, but quickly resolved with a very friendly housekeeper. Thank you so much for having us, we’ll be back soon!

I'm sure Gill would be the first to say that both she and her place offer a quirky stay deep in the Cornish countryside: stained glass windows, wooden carvings, kitchen table hanging by chains from the ceiling, friendly animals in the yard. Don't let that put you off, her place is warm and comfortable and there was milk in the fridge and scones and jam to welcome us. Me and my frinends Ian and Pete had a great time and all agreed Gill's place was one of our favourite stays since we started walking the coastpath.

The Barn was well presented and very neat, tidy and homely. Amy made it very easy to find with proactive communication. It would be a great place to base yourself if you were prepared to drive but we wanted to walk into town and it is not as convenient because you had to walk down and then up very steep hills. Overall the accomodation exceeded our expectations. Thanks Amy. Great place to relax.

Wonderful family stay at Winnie’s cottage. In beautiful surroundings and in beautiful accommodation. Family break where everything was provided and so much more opportunities. From the log burning to the opportunity to have a cozy bbq set up. Surrounded by animals in a sublime environment. Immaculate cottage where everything was provided, even a welcome gift by an amazing host, Maria, who was welcoming and inviting throughout our visit.

We had the most wonderful stay at Brook Cottage! Every detail has clearly been so thoughtfully considered and we truly appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The welcome basket was such a lovely surprise and really set the tone for the rest of our visit. We honestly wished we hadn’t packed so much - everything we could possibly need was already provided (apart from clothes, of course!). Suzy was so friendly and incredibly quick to respond to a couple of enquiries we had, which made everything even more seamless. Brook Cottage is a truly special place, and we can’t wait to come back. We absolutely loved our stay in Sparrow Cottage.. everything was just perfect! Heidi was a very responsive host and so easy to communicate with. The cottage is cosy and full of lovely touches. The beds and bedding were really comfortable, the log burning fire kept us warm and the kitchen contained everything we needed. It was our first time in that part of Cornwall and we really enjoyed our coastal walks and trying local brews at The Driftwood Spas. There’s a good selection of places to eat within a half hour walk.. I’m sure we’ll return!

Mark & Julie were fantastic hosts, we really appreciated the courtesy call a few days before arrival. Once there they were always on hand if needed, but gave us our privacy also. The house is spotless and has everything you need - I honestly could not find a single fault with the accommodation! We would definitely come back!

A beautiful gem in a fabulous serene location near so many brilliant places in Cornwall. Perfectly furnished and thoughtful set up. Super helpful and friendly host - down to getting the bbq ready for us and being able to hose down wetsuits on site plus lots of great local recommendations - plus very quick responses and let us know we could check in early. Could not recommend enough (except to ensure there’s some availability next summer so we can return!). Exactly what we needed and such a stunning private garden too - ideal if you are bringing a furry friend. Many thanks and hope to be back soon

We all thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay in this wonderful cottage. It truly felt like a home away from home—very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We all slept really well, which says a lot about how cosy it was. The gardens were a real highlight, we loved spending time out there, listening to the birds in the morning . Such a peaceful and relaxing setting. The hosts were fantastic, extremely helpful and full of useful information about the area. The cottage is just a lovely few minutes’ stroll into the village, We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Cornwall.
