The house is very old which we loved and also well renovated! Very comfortable! The kitchen is a dream for renters and there is lots of space overall. The view to the lake is peaceful and the convenience of driving to nice places is great. Sarah is a wonderful attentive host!

Kristin is truly the best host I’ve ever encountered! It is clear that she is doing this not as just a business but because she genuinely wants to create a sacred place rooted in care. We were welcomed with a delicious loaf of bread and she was readily available whenever we needed anything. She always ensured we were comfortable and would even come to shovel periodically when there was a winter storm. Anytime she stopped by she would ask if we needed her to pick up anything and would bring us a treat. The energy of the house is very special, it feels like you are in an extension of nature. There are relics from India, sound bowls, and stones from around the world under the floor that all contribute to the house’s magic. It completely surpassed my expectations.

My group loved our stay at Alan and Cara’s place for the Sheep & Wool festival. Great space for a large group; we especially loved how comfortable the living room couches were and how there was space for everyone there to gather. The place was immaculately clean. We’d love to come back again!

Jilan's place was absolutely the perfect place to celebrate! She welcomed us with a charcuterie board and tons of local delicacies. Her home was chock full of gorgeous art pieces, the softest beds, plenty of towels, and lovely bath products. The location on Warren was amazing - in between the Hudson and all of the shops, restaurants, bars and coffee spots. We can't thank Jilan enough for her recs, her courtesies and sharing her beautiful home with us. We will be back.

Erin’s beautiful home boasts natural morning light and a well-equipped kitchen. The gnome outside adds a touch of charm, while Art Omi nearby offers exploration. I highly recommend a quick weekend getaway at Erin’s.

My friends and I loved Jenny’s home. Every corner there was something else to look at. It was spotless and we felt right at home. What a beautiful weekend in Kinderhook, felt like an escape. Cute town too!

Three of my friends, and I were traveling to NY for the weekend. Even though this place is old, it has a lot of beds and plenty of space and amenities. We were comfortable and it was a great place to stay for our group or even larger. But the host, Brandon, made for the best experience. He had clear communication, and it was always accurate. I felt like he wanted us to have a good time and was supportive. I would definitely stay in one of Brandon’s units again. I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay and made wonderful memories. The views were beautiful from the deck, the kitchen was fully stocked and enjoyed all the special treats. Thank you Dena! The hot tub was clean and was very relaxing looking out to the view of the mountain. The sauna is a great addition. Great location with lots of activities in town and near the surrounding towns. Thank you for all the recommendations! Will def come back for another stay!

This is exactly what we needed. A place to have a respite from the city, nestled in nature, dog friendly, close to everything, knowlegable and accommodating host and so friendly. Trisha was just wonderful. We are planning to make this place a destination to come back to every once in a while. It is close to NYC and yet immediately transforms you to serenity. Highly recommended.

Diane’s place was beautiful with a unique charm. She had lots of antiques and old photographs that were fun to look at. The kitchen and bathroom were newly refinished and very nice. The only downfall for us was the size of the bed. It is on the smaller side which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than the bed I highly recommend Dianne’s apartment!

I absolutely love this little cottage. This is our second time staying. It is very cozy, perfect for a couple for the weekend. The property is very quiet and peaceful with the brook running right past the back of the cottage. It is an easy walk into the center of town and the strip with various stores, restaurants, and bars. The cottage was clean, neat, and had all basic necessities. Panxi and Diana are great hosts, available for questions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this booking.

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

This is a delightful place! The location is peaceful, the decor gorgeous and the hosts easy to work with. I enjoyed my stay so much, feeling instantly right at home. And the fresh eggs that are right there in the frig (wow), well, I was happier to have them than I had anticipated! It's just minutes away from New Paltz.

Doris was an amazing host who went above and beyond in making the stay both comfortable and convenient! I would highly recommend her to anyone staying in the area!

Very eclectic home with unique decorations that made for a memorable stay in a positive way. Belleayre Mountain ski area is just up the road so it was the perfect location for a ski weekend. Really great experience and would recommend it.

This was a perfect location for our few days in Hudson. First off, everything we wanted to do was in walking distance and we always felt safe both during the day and at night. Even heard a local tell a couple heading to the train station to leave that she appreciated their visit to her town. The space was perfect for my wife and I. We loved sitting by the window and reading and then moving to the bed to watch sports on tv. The bathroom is cute and has plenty of room. Bed was comfortable and the towels were very nice! One of the best stocked AirBnbs we’ve stayed in and we would choose this location again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

I can't recommend this enough. Susan is really great. Free to site see , meditate, write or read. The perfect environment. You'll feel right at home in the country.

Heidi goes above and beyond for her guests. Her home is warm and welcoming making you feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. we had the pleasure of meeting Heidi and it was such a pleasure getting to know her. She also gives great recommendations on where to go around town. We will definitely be coming back for another stay. Thank you Heidi, Randy, and of course their pup Satchmo for a wonderful stay. We are grateful you open your home to us all.

This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the Hyde Park area. Best to rent a car once you’re there, but it’s very close to many great attractions. Troy’s home is beautiful and clean, with a lot of great amenities. He also provides great local information and he prepares a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend.

Susan is a wonderful host and a very lovely person! We had a very nice time staying at Susan's place! It was very warmly feeling to get a delicious breakfast made by Susan, and we especially loved the apple cobbler made by Susan. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality :). We had a wonderful experience staying here! Tina was incredibly welcoming and even provided us with a complimentary breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. We also really appreciated the great selection of books and board games—it made the stay feel even more like home. Everything was exactly as described, and the stay was quiet and relaxing. Happy to stay at Kathy's place. She welcomed me in first thing and we had a lovely chat about the history of the farmhouse. The guest area was charming and cozy, and the property and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Even on a pre-spring rainy day in March, it was a spectacular sight from the porch. Truly appreciated the fruit and banana bread as well as access to additional food and drink during my stay. Everything was clean and fresh and the mirrors were low enough for my short stature to see my face in (which is something I always appreciate). All in all an enjoyable stay!

Kelly’s inn couldn’t have been better. It’s absolutely perfect. I’ve never felt so happy with an Airbnb booking as I felt with this Inn. Cozy and clean bedroom and bathroom, gorgeous inn, and the best part honestly: the breakfast. Everyday was a surprise and I was always excited for what delicious dish she had prepared for breakfast - she has magic hands for cooking. In every single detail I could see Kelly and her husband’s effort and love for this place. They are so nice, very helpful and they will give you great recommendations of what to do around! Kelly established a standard way too high for b&b for me - I’ll never find one as good as hers haha (and that’s why I’m looking forward to go back soon).

Linda's place is exactly as described. Photos were identical to what you got in real life. Quiet area, 12 minute drive to Calicoon and Bethel Woods, about 20 to Narrowsburg where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. The sunroom had a beautiful view of the fall foliage. We loved coming back at night and starting a fire to get cozy (much needed since the room was a bit chilly). Linda was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.
