The 1 bed apartment offers a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom, and even a sun terrace. Margate Old Town and Cliftonville are both just a ten minute walk away with a whole host of restaurants and shops to explore along the way. We have just opened No.37 by the Beach in Broadstairs. A slightly bigger property with amazing views.

This lovely, spacious and peaceful one-bed top floor apartment in a listed Georgian property comes with uninterrupted sea views. It's well-equipped and is a very flexible space - it makes the perfect base for home working (three books & a PHD have been written from there so far), or is equally good for a short break . It's seconds away from the sea, and has popular places to eat and drink nearby. The Old Town, Turner Contemporary, and Cliftonville are easily accessible on foot too.

It is located in what used to be the Arcadian Hotel built in the 1800’s and later converted into flats. Sleeping up to four, our flat is ideal for those looking for a weekend break or planning a holiday with family and/or friends. The flat is kitted out with all you need for a relaxing stay.

Please don't book if you like a TV as you'll be disappointed. It’s around 15-20 minutes walk to the Turner or Botany Bay. Light-filled, quiet, big views. A hanging chair so you can literally hang out. Ercol chairs, House of Hackney fabric.

The flat is a lovely studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has glorious views from all windows. It is perfectly placed minutes from the Old Town and for delightful beach walks. It is my home and I rent it out when I am away so others can enjoy the delightful calm of the views and the charms of Margate.
