Renta de casas vacacionales en Margherita di Savoia

Fuimos fuera de temporada, en marzo. El apartamento es muy lindo, amoblado con muy buen gusto, y muchos detalles, muy confortable el balcón es un espectáculo, no lo pudimos aprovechar porque estaba un poco fresco. Mucha tecnología en las ventanas y luces. La ubicación es lejos del centro pero Si estás con auto no hay problema y es muy tranquilo. Lo disfrutamos mucho.

Gyönyörű, modern, elegáns otthon Baritól északra, ahol mindent megtalálsz amire szükséged lehet. Békés, szép környezet, zárt lakóparkban, ezért teljesen biztonságos. A legközelebbi tömegközlekedés kb 2 km, ezért bérelt autóval vagy taxival ajánlott. Anton több mint tökéletes házigazda, mindent megtett értünk, mindenben segített, nagyon örülünk hogy megismertük, remélem visszajövünk még! Köszönjük Anton!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento la notte di Capodanno, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo amato la compagnia dei cagnolini e del gattino della struttura, affettuosissimi. Roberta è stata una host davvero gentile e disponibile. In particolare, è stata molto gentile nel riprogrammare un incontro nei giorni successivi, in quanto una volta terminato il soggiorno, mi sono resa conto che avevo lasciato un oggetto nell'appartamento. Lei lo ha recuperato e me lo ha riportato, grazie davvero.

We had a really relaxing stay in Marta's appartament. Everything was well equipped, clean and we enjoyed the outside area including the pool, lovely sitting area and two loungers. We also appreciate the privacy. Marta was always helpful and made us feel comfortable all the time. We'd like to come back for another time. For future guests, there are some calm animals (cats and dogs) in the yard.

Posizione comoda non distante dal centro di Terlizzi. Centri intorno tutti molto belli e da visitare. Intorno casa prevalentemente campagna. Casa spaziosa sia dentro che fuori, portico spazioso, tutto molto comoda per rilassarsi. Spiagge prevalentemente poco o niente sabbiose. Mare limpido.

Ce Ressort est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la mer, avec des installations comprises : Piscine, parasol et matelas de plage, vélos. Seul bémol à notre séjour, le prix des Petits-déjeuners 10€/pers avec un buffet somme toute très simple, et le restaurant de la plage avec une différence de prix de + 3€ par rapport à celui du Ressort ! Mais le personnel est très sympathique ce qui a rendu notre séjour bien agréable Jean

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders die Dachterrasse verdient 10 von 10 Punkten. Man schaut auf das Meer und die Berge und kann die Ruhe genießen. Insgesamt entspricht das Haus und das Grundstück genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut, sie war immer erreichbar, so dass wir ein paar kleinere Dinge, die nicht ganz rund liefen, schnell klären konnten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Siamo stati ospiti di Antonio nella sua fantastica casa , siamo stati davvero impressionati! la casa era profumata, bellissima come in foto , pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari , per una vacanza rilassante e piacevole . Antonio ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chiunque cerchi una vacanza tranquilla e confortevole. Grazie mille,Antonio, per la tua ospitalità !

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage. Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Der Service und die bereitgestellten Getränke und Snacks waren sehr gut. Das Badezimmer ist sehr eng. Für große Menschen ist echt ein wenig schwierig. Die Wohnung ist leider hellhörig weswegen man sehr viel Nachts hört. Wenn man nicht selber kochen möchte ist die Küche vollkommen ausreichend. Trotz all dessen war der Aufenthalt super und die Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend für ein paar Tage in Bari.

An absolutely wonderful opportunity to stay in a traditional home within the old city of Bari. The photos don’t do the house justice, it’s beautiful and the sunny terrace was a huge bonus. Lots of bars and wee shops close by but far enough away to ensure a quiet evening and night. There are a lot of stairs, which kept us fit! But may not suit someone with mobility issues. Highly recommend this family home to anyone planning to base themselves in Bari when exploring Puglia.

Szuper szálláshely, az elhelyezkedése kiváló, gyalogosan minden közel van. Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek. A házigazdák nagyon kedvesek, ha tehetjük, visszatérünk.

Franco was so kind met me outside place. It was fabulous. He let me know where to have dinner. I told him I was taking train in the morning and he walked me towards it. Coffee and bite to eat with coupon he gave to a delicious coffee bar. Could not have asked for more. Franco is Wonderful. Thanks again !! Eddy

Better that we hoped for, the apartment is located very close to the castle and port, there is no washing machine but there is a laundromat right down the street. Very cozy and clean.

Great place to stay in the old city of Bari. We traveled with our 3 years old daughter and felt like at home. The place is located at quiet square without car traffic. There is a terrace outside and a lot of plants. The kitchen is well equipped and we felt really comfortable at Pietro's place. We checked in earlier for which we are very grateful. Definitely recommend this place.

interesante departamento. en un espacio reducido un lugar agradable y acogedor. los baños pequeños pero en la descripción está explícita, reconozco que sacaron de lugares muy pequeños lugares posibles. el lugar para moverse en Bari es excelente.

A lovely small house for a short stay, Roberto is a great and attentive host and has provided us essentials for an Italian breakfast which I found really thoughtful! Thank you Roberto :)

Raffaella is an extremely responsive host and her house so accessible for all of Bari and very easy to access transport links. Location gives a feel of the old city but also day to day life. I loved being close to the bells. House is tall with a terrace, a huge bonus. Not a place for those that struggle with stairs but I loved the different floors. House was spotless too. I would go back.

Settimana di villeggiatura eccellente e da ripetere. L'alloggio e tutto il complesso sono ben tenuti e curati nei minimi dettagli. Salita ostica da fare a piedi, 1 km con pendenza importante. Vista eccezionale dal terrazzo condominiale, tranquillità altrettanto, possibilità di utilizzare barbecue e forno a legna in area comune, fornita di lavello in prossimità dell' area barbecue e di bagno aggiuntivo condominiale sempre in prossimità dell' area barbecue. Cucina ben attrezzata, lavatrice, frigorifero grande, manca solo il forno. Camera ampia, bagno curato e trovato ben pulito. Aria condizionata non presente, ma il ventilatore in camera è sufficiente a garantire un buon sonno. Consigliatissimo!

Staying here gave us a taste of what it might be like to be a local. The apartment felt like a real home, not just holiday accommodation. It was clean, the hosts friendly and kind and the location was great.

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Wunderbare dachterasse. Wendeltreppe sehr steil und schmal man muss gut zu Fuß sein.

Die Wohnung war toll. Sehr ruhig, nahe am Meer und am tollen Lungomare. Von Santo Spirito aus kann man viele Orte sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit Wasser, Wein, Taralli und anderen Dingen von Allesandro überrascht. Die Wohnung entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung. Alessandro hat umgehend reagiert, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Facile ambientarsi nell'alloggio di Giuseppe. In centro storico di Giovinazzo, vicino al mare, vicoli splendidi e vedute mozzafiato. La casa è per cinque persone a più piani, non adatta a chi ha mal di gambe. Alla sera è possibile cenare nella terrazza scoperta con veduta sulla cattedrale. Giuseppe è stato molto gentile nel consigliarci informazioni utili come parcheggio gratuito, supermercati e trattorie. Lo consiglio

La casa di Alessandro è davvero un gioiello da scoprire, spaziosa, comoda, elegante e arredata con cura e gusto. Lo spazio esterno è tutto da vivere per mangiare al sole e far giocare i bambini in piena sicurezza. E poi c'è Alessandro, un host gentilissimo, attento alle tue necessità e rapidissimo nel supporto, professionale e amichevole. Un grazie anche alla mamma che ci ha accolti nel modo migliore al nostro arrivo. Consiglio davvero con il cuore questa fantastica sistemazione. ah, c'è un trullo nella proprietà....vero!
